I have been using this pharmacy for sometime and usually go thru drive-thru. I called the pharmacy today with a question and man that answered was rude, unfriendly and abrupt. I picked up prescriptions thru drive thru and women who assisted me was just as rude, hostile & unfriendly and no thank you! When I have been inside of store inside is not ver nice and displays and product selection is limited. They seem to be very short staffed. I will be changing pharmacies.

The employee that checked me out really wanted to help me save money and get the most out of my CVS extra bucks. Her attitude was one of really wanting to make it happen for me. I felt like a special customer that someone was looking out for me; THAT made my experience delightful!

After numerous phone calls in trying to obtain a prescription from my doctor, I kept getting different answers to the same question. At first they tried to talk me into a different medication because it was a little or no cost but it wasn’t with my doctor ordered so then the circus of quartz began.I was quoted everything from free to $80, to $100, to $500.After I decided to drop CVS, they continue to call me and text me almost daily with prescriptions for my family, even though I requested them to transfer my records to a different pharmacy. If I didn’t block their texts, I would still be getting regular annoying nonrelevant textsI’m still getting phone calls even though I have called to cancel my services. My other pharmacy has called for transfer of records and the doctors office for my children has called to cancel their services, and yet I continue to get hassled by this pharmacy.

The short guy with short beard is rude and has attitude problems. He made me rush to the pharmacy and disappoint me without even giving my prescription. He needs to get fired!!!

All the women working in the pharmacist area were rude. They made me feel uncomfortable and like I was less than them. They gave me awful stares and placed my money on the counter like they were too good and didn’t want to touch my hand.

My prescription was to be refilled on January 7th or so. January 25th..no prescription yet. First it was my insurance number was wrong, then they needed the Dr Authorization which was done but they didn't have it. When they got it, I then needed the insurance authorization. I have been going back and forth between 3 agencies to get my prescription without much success due to CVS never having or getting the proper papework. I then received my letter from the insurance approving the prescription, so I called CVS again as to when I can pick it up. Now they said they need the Dr's authorization. How can an insurance company approve a med without the Dr asking for it with an authorization, and they previously said they had it. Apparently, the insurance company's approval was not enough..it even listed the Dr's name and the name of the med. So back and forth we go again. Depending on who answers the phone, you get a differenct reason why they can't fill my prescription. I have been having this prescription filled for about 5 years. I never met a bunch of ill-prepared, unconcerned, and ineffecient people in my life. This includes the pharmacists that work there. They can't seem to get their act together. My insurance company and doctor actually had my hospital fill my prescription to bypass the incompetence at CVS. The pharmacist also told me that my prescription name changed because they added a molecule.. so that was the problem....Huh? I guess I should have known this location was going to the dogs when you see an empty parking lot. I see they changed their lunch hours again. They used to be closed for two hours for lunch. Another problem with this location happened when I walked in the store and nobody was there. I seen the soda guy stacking bottles and asked him where everyone was. He said probably in the back of the store. I walked around and no one was there. I decided to try the bathroom. I opened the door and said "Hello". What sounded like a young girl said something like "I'm pregnant". OK, so no one is minding the cash register or the customers who may walk in. That was a bit disturbing that there was only one person in the store and she was using the bathroom. How is that acceptable? They do have frequent staff turnover..I can't imagine why. Who would want their daughter working in a pharmacy that has drugs and be there by herself? Who at CVS allows that?

Does corporate care anything about performance and professionalism at this location? In desperate need of new leadership, and especially inventory management. I just moved close, and it's the most convenient location for simple necessities. I think I've stopped here maybe 5 or 6 times throughout the summer, they have been out of EVERYTHING I've needed. Talk to an associate for some accountability, and they just have a dismissive attitude. Hopefully they just shut this joint down. It barely serves it's purpose as a pharmacy, it's an even worse convenience/department store! Just go the extra distance and don't waste your time or business at this sad location!

Great service at the pharmacy. I came to fill my dog's prescription and the guy I talked to was really friendly and helpful. He asked the pharmacist about the prescription and ended up recommending another place we can get it filled for a third of the price.

Nothing but bad experiences with CVS. I only started going here because my insurance plan stopped covering Walgreens but I'm going to change to an online pharmacy because this place is awful.

Beware: Store Manager Ernie is aggressive, rude and untrustworthy. Tonight, I stopped at this location to leverage the UPS Access Point and drop off a few packages. He refused to accept the packages and, while cursing my coming in, he was trying to close early. Of the time he stated was true (it was certainly not), I would imagine the doors should have been locked for being after hours. He stated my only option was to just give him the packages and he might scan tomorrow, but based on this interaction, there was no reason to trust that he would. He had no name on his name badge so I may express my experience with customer service and, when I queried, he wanted to be very clear that he was the store manager and there was nobody to escalate to. I am just recovering from being recently hospitalized and did not want to get into an argument. Regardless, if you want to protect your energy, safety (as who knows how bad this could have escalated) and UPS packages, I would suggest going elsewhere.
