CVS is good for getting prescriptions filled. They have lots of makeup and body care products. So much more too!

The pharmacy tech (Lady) is so rude,unprofessional and lack customer service skills.... I asked her name, she said Jesus, Jennie ( really?).
I spoke to the store manager regarding her disrespectful ways. He advised me to call corporate and speak with Ashley to report the employee, So prehaps she'll get some training on working with customers.
Also she made fun and talked to other customers because I couldn't see the computer's writing
(I am a senior and didn't have my glasses)
My words to her is just keep living.....

Patient was in our office and didn't have the med list. Called and sat on hold for 7 minutes the first time- I didn't make the patient wait we continued the visit accordingly. I called back and finally got thru only for the worker to say uh huh uh huh... and put me back on hold for another 12 minutes. Then they picked up and hung up. I won't trust this location if you paid me!

The pharmacy is terrible at communication. Nearly every month I order the same medication and pay for it no problem. Several times in the past few months, when I check the status online, I see it is marked "in process". I get no communication on it being delayed or the reason it is delayed. When I call, they tell me it is "in process" because it is a high-cost medication. I know that already. I pay for it every single time, in full, with no problems. Then they claim someone has tried to get in touch with me. I have never had a record of an email, phone call or text message from the pharmacy.I have asked them to make a note that I am able to pay or actually contact me. The tell me to order my medication sooner. I do. But it doesn't matter if I request a refill 1 week or 2 weeks before, if they delay it and don't tell me, nothing changes. Awful management and communication. I will not use them again.

The pharmacy tech here is so rude and terribly unprofessional. I can’t believe they would continue to employee someone is is so uncouth and nasty to customers. I’ve filled out surveys and reached out to the pharmacy manager and no response. I guess they are so overworked or just don’t care. Thinking of transferring back to Walmart pharmacy

It's okay, extremely understaffed so items are always low in stock
