The worst hours. They live the life here. Close for lunch everyday (like most) but then open at 11am on Sunday. 11! Wth. Close early at 7. Always closed when I need something!

Impossible to get in contact over the phone. They do not call you back. When you do get in contact with them by some miracle they are extraordinarily unhelpful.

Horrible customer service. Showed up 1:20 and a manager says someone will be right with you. After waiting 5 mins, some lady who was standing around chatting says we're going on lunch in 5 mins, so come back in 2 hours. I expressed I really need to get this antibiotic, can you just fill it now? She says no, we're going on lunch. FYI, the prescription was called in hours before.

They are understaffed and are very slow. But the prices are better than walgreens.

Very slow service - also not the friendliest. Once you start complaining in person then they help.

Pharmacy is slow to fill orders, which is hard when you have sick children. Tough to get anyone on the phone to answer questions.

It would be nice if they ever had enough staff to operate the pharmacy let alone answer a phone! I tried getting a prescription and the line was consistently at around 15 people with what looked like 1 person running everything. I tried calling the next day and was on hold for 30 ish minutes and finally hung up. This is ridiculous. It was never like this so I'll probably move my meds somewhere else more convenient.

Prescriptions are always delayed. They don't pick up the phone. Currently on the phone on hold for 37 minutes now which is their normal. I highly recommend transferring your prescriptions to another location.

"We're closed for our lunch break. Are you picking up?" Regardless of how you answer, they're going to send you away. However, they never answer the phones, send you a bunch of text messages saying they'll cancel your prescription, and can't send to mail order or prepay.

Check hours before going to pick up prescription. Very odd hours and often closes much earlier than the store. If you work normal business hours it will be difficult pick up prescriptions.
