Prescriptions are always delayed. They don't pick up the phone. Currently on the phone on hold for 37 minutes now which is their normal. I highly recommend transferring your prescriptions to another location.

"We're closed for our lunch break. Are you picking up?" Regardless of how you answer, they're going to send you away. However, they never answer the phones, send you a bunch of text messages saying they'll cancel your prescription, and can't send to mail order or prepay.

Check hours before going to pick up prescription. Very odd hours and often closes much earlier than the store. If you work normal business hours it will be difficult pick up prescriptions.

Don't lose scripts Don't treat everyone as a drug attack because they take opyoids I've been taking pain medication for 23 years for a reason people died from opioid medication because there weak and didn't take them how there written the pharmacist on this day was/is rude all the time I'm thinking of moving all my scripts to Walgreens.

They do NOT answer the phones. I was asked to call first before going in for my prescriptions so I did and waited 30min on hold.

Wasted my time. Told me a med was a out of stock but it would be ready tomorrow.... it in fact was not.

I've always had a great experience with the staff here! They've always been so helpful and even when they're slammed are willing to answer your questions and try to help. Definitely recommend this location.

I asked pharmacist on duty to review ingredients for an over-the counter-sleep product sold at CVS for interactions with my current medications. She read the label and said there were no contra-indications because all of the ingredients were herbal. I know they were busy and I was prepared to be told to come back later so she could check interactions. I was not prepared for such a hasty answer. I purchased the product but later double-checked at another non-CVS pharmacy. The second pharmacist at a non-CVS pharmacy actually took the time to check the online drug interaction resource available to all pharmacists and found potentially harmful, perhaps even life-threatening interactions! Needless to say I will not be returning to any CVS pharmacy.

I have been told 2 times in 2 weeks my script will be ready by 4pm then get a text they ordered the med I'll be text when ready I've been at this store for 2 years If they don't need the business I'll go back to Walgreens I called the main # to complain about this matter I got hung up on nothing but problems at this store I'm going to go back to Walgreens after this month meds are filled I'm stressed out because of these people there suppose to help people not make there health worse.

Used to be a great place with great professionals. Sorry to see how it has fallen to be one place that has so bad customer service I'm getting my prescriptions out of there. Too bad they changed the great teams they had for the past 10 years.

As of March 17, CVS no longer accepts manufacturer coupons. At all. Need a pharmacy option that does? Try Pic N' Save pharmacy instead!

I was unaware that my insurance didn't cover ANY of my prescription cost until a friendly lady at the pharmacy called me with some questions. Since I was not in the situation where I could delay getting my prescription, she helped me out with some advice to get me my prescription on time and way less than I thought I would be paying. I am sad I didn't catch her name, but I owe her some warm cookies and a high five. Thank you for your great customer service, it can't be beat!
