I am writing to formally share a negative experience I had at your store located at 10220 W Silver Spring Dr, Milwaukee, WI.
On my recent visit, I encountered a cashier named Shawn who appeared to be under the influence while on duty. His behavior was extremely unprofessional—he was visibly impaired, spoke rudely, and acted inappropriately at the checkout line.
I witnessed him miscount another customer’s change and short her due to his error. When I respectfully asked a question about spring water during my turn, he responded with unnecessary rudeness in front of my child, which left us both very uncomfortable. After this incident, I chose to leave the store rather than continue shopping.
This level of service is deeply concerning, especially in a family-oriented retail environment. I believe employees should uphold professionalism and accuracy, and I hope this matter is looked into seriously.
I appreciate your attention to this issue and hope proper action will be taken to prevent similar experiences for others in the future.

The new change is better than ever , employees are nicer, the store smells great now, no Beggers harassing you. This was a mayjor turn around. Always love this location since I was a kid. Glad I chose to in and save

Closing the store at 7:45p on a Saturday, for the employees' benefit when the store closes at 8p, is not only absurd, but doesn't benefit the business or paying customers. Why is so hard to get decent customer service nowadays?

The store closes at 8 and I came at 7:30 (30 minutes BEFORE closing) and the doors were locked. How do you expect to make money if your employees are locking customers out. Teach your employees how to work properly cuz this isn’t how the real world works. Also this is not the first time this happened…like it gets to a point. It’s so bad that I want to give it ZERO stars. But that’s not possible so I’ll give it a one.

I live very near this dollar tree. My shopping experience has been good. Staff there are very nice and kind. I like them a lot. Very convenient if you need to do a quick shopping trip. I walk there most of the time

This is my favorite dollar tree in Milwaukee. The store manger and staff are always so friendly and very helpful.

I stopped in this store and quickly left. This store should be closed. This store is a complete mess and was in shambles. The store was a filthy mess. You couldn't even get through the isles because of boxes and trash thrown around. There was absolutely no one around getting things in order. I left without buying a thing. I messaged Dollar tree corporate regarding this, completely ridiculous. If you cannot maintain a good business, then close it, period!

I think the lady with blood stain on the back of her pants said it.. sorry I stop a burglary from happening, they was mad..

Great selection! However, last time I was here a week ago or so, they were closed during business hours for some reason, and turned people away. And today there is stuff everywhere waiting to be put away and since they only look like they have two people working, understandably won't be done any time soon. I do LOVE the Christmas crafts and decorations though so I will be back, I just hope everything else is better by then so I can actually push the cart through the aisles. ☺️?

I love this place.Except on Tuesdays when they are replacing stock. Other than that I love how friendly the staff is and So helpful.
