Agree with most of what other customers have to share about poor service. Stood at the counter today with about 5 employees working and nobody greeted me until the only adult looking person greeted us. She was the only one who seemed to care about what was happening there. It took 3 people to ring me out because nobody knew how to redeem points from the app, it finally worked. Poor service and staff (everyone except the friendly adult lady) needs extra training.

Horrible service gave me the wrong donut. Then proceeded to argue with me about said donut. I have been getting the same donut for 20 years since my dad took me for the first time.Good luck ?

I really appreciate Alex’s consistent attention to my inquiries while helping me pick out some desirable doughnuts for my first ever purchase from a Dunkin’ Doughnuts! He’s great at multitasking.It was delightful to communicate warmly about the different flavors available, and after checking for red velvet with filling, Alex encouraged me to try some new seasonal flavors and guided me through an efficient checkout.Wow, I really vibe with the Chocolate Creme and the Lemon Quickbread! Thank you so much Dunkin’ staff - “Makin’ people smile since 1950” ?Kid-friendliness: Nice big glass presentation windows for all the googgly doughnut gazing and bold walls of orange and purple!Wheelchair accessibility: There’s plenty of space to roll in a wheelchair and place an order.

So this week I’ve went 3x now for my normal coffee, first time it was made wrong (okay oops it happens went back and they remade it, with same coffee) blamed it on the “new” girl. Second time I got someone else’s mobile order “Gina’s” coffee (tried calling 2x no answers) I threw it away because it wasn’t what I like, today I go in confront about the mishap, he apologized and said it’s crazy busy (I was the only one there the day before) made me pay for my coffee regardless of not getting mine yesterday…asked if he was the manager, he said no. The lady who handed me my coffee I asked if I could speak to the manager she points to that guy! They then start arguing who the manager is! Unprofessional and such a disaster there now! I used to be a loyal customer but my goodness! Get your store in control Dunkin! Starbucks is looking much better these days!

Took over 10 minutes to get a large decaf. They made a fresh pot, but I somehow got a room temp coffee. They did take it back and made another new pot which this time I did get a hot coffee. I also ordered a donut thst tasted like it was a day old. I am kind of disappointed with this dunkin' today because I've never had these problems before.

Horrible work environment. The owners didn't take care of anything or they're employees. They try to force situations, only care about money, and had their entire Staff from every shift walk out on them. Should tell you everything you need to know about this location.

Today I went through the drive through, the hustle and bustle of dunkin can cause some mix up, my order wasn't correct but when I went back in asking about my order being mixed up they corrected everything! Without asking, immediately employees brought me the head barista and she handled my order herself. A good breakfast makes or breaks someones day and I really appreciate their pride and love for that, especially head management at this location.

I really don't know how my location manages to mess up coffee several times in a months. I order a hot coffee with cream and 3 times this September I've gotten hot water with cream and another visit black coffee with sugar. They print the label out correctly but the swill that is put in my cup isn't what I ordered and paying almost $4 for a cup of not coffee every day is getting really expensive. When I politely ask them to please check and make sure my order is made correctly they don't or they are rude about it. I'm willing to understand mistakes happen occasionally, however I have never had any issues with this location in the past until this month and on 4 separate occasions have been very unhappily surprised when I get to work to find what is in my Dunkin cup I'd not my order and is therefore undrinkable. I go out of my way to get coffee in the morning from this place and I can't justify it anymore when the staff is rude or unwilling to check that their orders are fulfilled correctly

Went this afternoon at 4- no donuts in case only drive thru- told me all munchkins were available but gave me 5 of glaze, 4 of pumpkin and 1 of chocolate (when she literally heard my daughter state she wanted blueberry) and I said some of each kind. Ice coffee was literally just ice and whip cream. Took maybe 3 sips out of a medium before it was gone. Asked for a water and she said it’s $1 ?? I will take my business else where. No wonder why there were no customers.
