I paid to have the full report completed by July 17, 2025, but I was only sent half of it and still haven’t received the complete report. Today is 07/22/2025. This is affecting my daughter’s enrollment in high school. That’s why I still do not recommend ECE’s services. It was expensive, and I did not receive the timely delivery I paid for.
My ECE reference number is #M43149.

Unprofessional Handling and No Clarification—Wasted Time and Money
Extremely disappointing experience. I submitted my documents with clear instructions, yet the evaluation was incomplete and forwarded directly to the institution without any clarification or confirmation with me.
They failed to understand the purpose of the submitted materials and proceeded without asking a single question. As a result, I now have to reapply, repay nearly $500, and wait another month—through no fault of my own.
This kind of rigid and careless process, especially for a service charging a premium and dealing with professional licensing, is unacceptable. A simple email or follow-up would have prevented this mess.
I would not recommend this service to anyone relying on accurate, case-specific evaluations. They clearly do not take individual instructions seriously.

I found cmmunication with ECE oftentimes complicated and frustrating. Material submitted by email was at times overlooked, and responses received online by staff at times seemed unfriendly, abrupt, short. I am relieved this process is finally over. Thank you to ECE, but I would focus in improving friendliness, helpfulness and overall communication with customers.
