I had 12 separate transactions go through for the same amount and from the same place. ECU didn't notify or catch this. very frustrating.

ECU is amazingly warm welcoming community and although my business with them is limited I appreciate being treated so personally each time I come in to do a simple change exchange. I love this location and the staff deserve the recognition for being such a community help. Happy Holidays to the best!

I was trying to a get a personal loan and at first I got approved but couldn't get the funds but Lauren had help me so much to get approved and thr funds so I can get my truck fix. Great alternative to a bank. The staff of this location has always been incredibly helpful and very very friendly. The branch manager even went out of her way to get a collapsible dog bowl for me. And everybody complaining about parking, it's the east side. This area is one of the most densely populated areas in the city of Milwaukee. Just get used to it, or perhaps try walking.

As of August 2023 I will be pulling my account. 2 charges that I have not recognized came up and I reported it. When I tell you the loops and hurtles I've had to go thru to get my money back is beyond stressful. This is the second time as well. Your money is not protected as you think. The only positive is that I get paid on a 2 days earlier every period.

Do you love having your checks from clients held for a week? Enjoy being a customer for over 5 years and told that even though you have $10k and are requesting another $10k loan to purchase a vehicle for your business, they won't help the self-employed. Do you like the mysterious scams where scammers contact you from the bank's phone number? How about generally rude tellers and bankers who make it known that you're interrupting their day? If these sound great, then Educators is right for you. I joined a credit union because they would give better customer service. I discovered that my old Wells Fargo bank, which I thought was bad, was actually pretty good. I am looking for a new bank, but now that I have business accounts, it's hard to move.

I've been an ECU customer for ten years. Mortgage, car loans, HSA's, business accounts, etc. I have autopay for my loans with them. In March, my mortgage payment went up $14. I was $14 short on my mortgage payment in March and they reported me to the credit bureau, causing my credit rating to plunge overnight from 825 to 694. My only "late" payment in ten years. The two robots I talked to at the corporate office said there was nothing they could do. Two more years until that "late" payment comes off my record. Thanks for the loyalty ECU! I'll be moving on....

Bad parking Bad staff...I accompanied with another person at this prospect branch and not only is there NO parking but they have a employee there named Logan very rude and he seems unmotivated of doing tasks. Very cold attitude from a employee that in my opinion really should be fired or at the minimum be placed into a position where he is not dealing with customers on a daily basis.

Parking here is THE WORST no matter when you go. I attempted to go deposit money today 10/8 around noon. Although it says this location closed at 1pm the drive thru was already closed I circled around the block 3 TIMES in hopes to find somewhere to park unfortunately that DIDN’T happen, so I was unable to deposit money.

in the last 2 months my debit card information had been taken and used for ridiculous amounts of money. Itnwas never caught by the bank nor questioned. My bank account was drained each time and left in the negative for long periods of time. Never once was I asked about a $49000 charge at a deli or about a $54 charge from a different country. Their customer service is terrible as is the attitudes of the people I spoke with. Zero explanation about future process and when asked what they plan to do to prevent the issue again they said there is nothing we can do. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!
