Terrible service they claimed they put in a claim for me and that it takes 4-6 weeks for processing come to find out they never did the claim and they still reported to my credit report

I had a manager call me after I was approved for a card then denied for the card saying I had credit already with other banks and why did I want more credit from them. But initially i was approved and the person who approved me look at my credit and was fine with it. Like I’m a grown man I can have much credit as I want. It’s as if that was racist or something because people have lots of credit and do they ask them that question. I’m dealing with Navy Fed this just not the credit union for me.

On July 19, 2022. I have a friend that owe me so I directed him to stop at Appleton branch to deposit the money to my checking account, reaching there he was attended by one of the cashier named Mariah around 4:46pm, this lady printed a deposit slip for him showing my own account balance in it which is total unacceptable, the guy was telling all my friends that he thought I got plenty money in my account without knowing I don't really have much, they were making fun of me and that's how I found out this occurred then I requested the guy to give me the deposit slip before I saw my account balance was showing there, this had happened twice in 2021 but I decided to keep silent, I contacted the customer service the first time and I made this complaint, the lady said the bank manager Chad wasn't around but she will leave a message for him, I didn't hear from him for few days, I called back the customer service again on July 23rd, one of the team member named Tracey N answered the phone I narrated the story to her, she put me on hold to get one of the manager from Appleton branch, she later succeeded getting the assistant manager Tonya, I spoke to Tonya and she told me she is going to talk to branch manager Chad and another department about this, I waited for another few days and didn't hear from them, I called again and another team member answered then checked my account and found out I have called so many times, she said she is going to leave a message to their cooperative attorney Rich to call me, I have called over and over but I found out Attorney Rich is trying to avoid my calls, I think I will keep posting this on the web, facebook and other sites. I will soon make YouTube and tiktok video concerning this till my voice is heard.Ifeanyi

Love the bank in general, but this has got to be their worst branch. The lines are always long and the staff are painstakingly slow. Also, you can't place a deposit through the ATMs, which is quite inconvenient.

I love my bank, but it's the only bank I know that the lobby isn't open. That makes the wait time in drive through extremely long. You could wait an hour at times. The bank has a lot of good programs though to help people manage their money.

Alot of incompetence at this appelton location. From the tellers on up to the manager. The manager told me I didn't have a valid check stub because I wasn't paying taxes on my money. I thought companies put someone in a position that supposed to have knowledge of various ways on how currency works? The only difference between this location and a McDonald's is they handing out money. They need someone else over this branch because it's a joke. Who knows they might start handing out happy meals.... Stay tuned

The drive thru is super slow on APPLETON ave!!!!I travel a little further and go to Center St and the drive thru is alot faster!!!!!

I love the credit union but I hate these lines! I wait 45 minutes to an hour every time I come here. I am a bank manager and this is just unacceptable. I’m obviously people love this bank which is why the volume is high but, it seems no one is evaluating wait times and coming up with better ways to move the lines along.
