I'm not a computer person or doing anything on a computer. I am a person person. I like talking to people. BUT the Estes process of getting a quote, processing the BOL and scheduling a pick up online was a very easy process. If i can do it, anyone can! Thank you Estes.

I am a small business owner and I do not have a huge staff. Jenny, the driver for Estes Express, Delivered our new 600lb piece of equipment this morning. We have the worst loading dock ever made so we brought the machine in through the front door. Jenny helped us get it all the way in and offered advice to make it easier on us. I would give Estes more than 5 stars if possible as I have experienced some nightmares over the years dealing with deliveries. Make your life easier and use Estes for your shipping. Ask for Jenny if possible... She Rocks!

Scheduler worked with me to deliver within the window I needed with no hassle, delivery driver coordinated with me the day of to make sure the time was good, and the delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure my items got where they needed to go on the property. Really excellent experience, would highly recommend anyone use them if getting large deliveries for renovations or just bulky items.

If you are looking for for a company with inaccurate estimates, unreliable tracking/estimated delivery dates, and terrible customer service/communication... Then look no further, estes-express is for you. Explain how a package can go half way across the country in less than 2 days yet after a week of sitting at their final delivery location I have yet to receive a call to set up a delivery day for it to travel the remaining 15miles. There's a reason they are rated 1 star(which I believe would be zero stars if you could leave a review without having to select at least 1 star). We will no longer buy any products from businesses that use estes as their shipping service. Do yourself a favor don't do it.

Had two individuals out of truck with Plate Number NP-2602 decide to yell profanity out their window on 08/24/2023 3:15pm as they were passing me and my animal upon leaving the Southridge Mall. These employees are a liability to your company and should have their performance reviewed.

I was excited to use Estes because of a pallet returned in great condition from CA. My company is in Oak Creek WI. I stopped using them within a month as the invoices never matched their rate quotes. In fact, I was told I was supposed to put the quote #'s on the BOL's to get that price, why? Second, I contacted my Milw rep multiple times for various questions or reasons and no response whatsoever. For the last 2 months I have been trying to get an invoice taken care of but have been run through the loop apparently. Was told the correction was submitted. Called again and told it was never submitted. I am having a horrible time getting ahold of anyone that knows anything, yet I keep getting new phone numbers to call and emails from Estes to to pay it. There are NO EMAILS to contact anyone except my rep, which is useless, so I have to sit on the phone, at work, trying to get this one invoice taken care of. So far today as I write this I have been on the phone for 23 minutes. How frustrating. *** I did email back today. (4/19)

estes milwaukee is a pleasure as are all estes terminals. i have no issues ever, pus , or delivery . staff is very courteous and all good all aspects.

Absolutely God awful delivery service. I ordered a couch and received notification Estes would be delivering it. I called Estes to arrange a time where I could receive the delivery. I didn't get through to anyone so I sent an email instead and received a response saying someone would be in contact with me before the delivery was made. A few days went by and I hadn't heard from anyone yet. I called Estes again and was first disconnected then my call was transferred. No one answered after I was transferred. I left a voice mail asking someone to return my call as I had received another notification that my couch would be delivered soon. No one called back. A few hours later I received a notification saying my item had been delivered. The delivery drivers had left the box containing my couch in the lobby of my building. I was left to have to drag the 135 pound box myself to the elevator and into my unit. I would never like to do business with Estes again.
