Dear ETE, I had your transmission put in and in few miles it failed. I await warranty 103611, through West Automotive, San Diego. Please acknowledge and help resolve so that I can give a great review. No ETE resolution. West Automotive was great to find a new supplier and replaced that transmission.

Don’t buy any product for this company! the transmission I bought lasted only 40k miles, I’ve been fighting them to give me a new transmission for over two years, they make you jump through hoops, the manager Joesph would not honer their warranty, would not do anything to make this right.

This company sells sub par rebuilt products that will fail! 2 transmission in 3 years each lasting less than 3000 miles!Customer Service is great to get you past the 3 year mark, then it's not our problem it's out of warranty. Even though their product fails time and time again!NEVER SUPPORT OR GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!

I worked 3 months for them, and It was one of the worst jobs I have ever had. It's an embarrassment to say that I have worked for ETE. There's a lot bullying between the coworkers, your car isn't even safe in the jobs parking lot, and if the managers see if you are doing something wrong , they won't come up to you and tell you so you can correct it , they instead go to other people to make fun of you. They have been a lot of stealing too. You are not safe there.

Amazing communication, outstanding customer service. Bought a used engine and Frank went over and beyond from start to finish. Excellent company can only recommend. The engine is running for a year now :)

THE WORST WHOLESALE SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY ..... THERE REP MARC IS A REAL PEICE OF WORK .. I HAVE ASKED ABOUT PRODUCT COST AND AVALIBILITY MANY TIMES AND HAVE TRIED TO USE THERE SERVICES MANY TIMES .... NEVER AVALIBLE FOR PRICE OR PRODUCT OR SYSTEM DOWN PLEASE CALL IN .. THE I CALL THE NUMBER HE GIVES ME AND IT A SPAM NUMBER .... REAL CLASS ACT ... NEVER HAS ANY INFORMATION FOR THE PRODUCT AND VERY RUDE ... I WAS TRING TO BE A CUSTOMER BUT NEVER WILL BE NOW .... OH AND JUST FOR A HEADS UP MY COMPANY I WORK FOR SELLS AT LEAST 100 TRANSMISSIONS A MONTH .. AROUND 400K IN SALES ... SO I MAY HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER TO HAVE BUT I GUESS THEY DONE HAVE TIME FOR PEOPLE LIKE US ...I WILL NEVER TRY AGAIN OR BUY FROM THEM EITHER ....

What an utter embarrassment of a company. Had a shop put in a transmission from ETE only for it to die less than 4 months later. It's clear by their warranty that they don't stand by their product, they pay well under half the cost of labor to reinstall another transmission after it fails. The supervisors are too busy either dealing with all the warranty issues that are surely happening with such poor quality control, or they are just too lazy to get on the phone. Terrible product, terrible quality control, and terrible customer service. If you can get a transmission elsewhere do so, this company should not be in business.

Currently filing a suit in small claims against them. They sent me a bad trans, warrantied it out. 2nd one works but they won't make good and reimburse for the first install.

The people were pretty easy to deal with on the phone for the most part. But have gotten 2 transmission now and both have had issues with them. The warranty side of things is horrible with trying to deal with them.
