Really bad management and store manager. I have paid over $5,000 in rent to this location. I recently rented another unit for which I got a promotional price by signing up online. The manager was visibly upset and mad that I got a good price online and complained that it was only for new customers. To get back at me she is disputing that I returned the new lock and refusing to give my $20 back. Really really bad customer service. I took a picture of the lock laying on the counter with the manager in the picture and she is refuting even that. She said that she watched the video and I didn't return the lock which is an absolutely BS lie. When I asked to watch the video she made an excuse that the DVR is broken and that she has ordered a new DVR. Stay away from this place.

I have rented from here since this facility opened. It's very clean. The units are great. I don't have to worry about mouse droppings like I had at my other place and and Ruby was extremely accommodating to me and my situation.
