Salon is filthy. No prices are listed. I got a basic pedicure and was charged $50. They don’t use bags in the pedicure bowl or provide flip flops. The nail tech rushed my pedicure and did not ask me if I wanted gel polish or not. She did not ask what type of pedicure I want. No epsolm soak. I showed up the door was locked. I will not return.

Respecting other people's opinions, I will limit myself to saying that I feel cheated. These women have an undeserved fame, I went there because of the reviews but it is not true, not at all. Maybe they make good acrylic nail designs and hence the satisfaction of some clients, I don't know, I don't dispute it but it wasn't my case. Are they friendly? Yes, they are, but other than that my dissatisfaction with the service is about ?. Not to mention the prices, they are exorbitant. Since I arrived I asked about prices several times and it became clear that I didn't understand Spanish, then I see that he speaks it fluently. A regular ? “fix” with gel paint only, a foot nail fix with a discreet massage and eyebrows $100 dollars. They don't cut your nails and they barely cut your cuticles, very superficially, and the eyebrows took 3 seconds, they didn't even use the tweezers, I had to get home and do it myself because I even had gray hair. As far as I know, eyebrows and mustache waxing is a service, well, nothing, I've never even had my mustache waxed. No sir, it is not right to receive such poor service for so much money because it costs a lot to earn, I would pay it for good service without a doubt.

The nail job I got done was very crappy. The woman ground my nails THIN and didn't bother doing my Cuticles. The color I picked and color I received was not even close in comparison. She barely talked when I spoke to her and I was over charged for the service I received... I will not be returning

honestly hate doing bad reviews BUT this is bad.. walked in with my mom because we are here for a company trip.. only 1 person working the whole salon.. the woman called her brother to come help and they were both really rough.. we both asked for acrylic nails.. they used my moms real nails.. ( DIDN'T ASK) i asked for medium length.. got very short and all different sizes.. they charged me 120$ for One acrylic set short and to just paint my moms real nails.. honestly very ridiculous.. i normally leave a tip every where but for them??? absolutely not. made my nails BLEED.. also they are rude. the man was hitting on me and then said i was to broke to even pay??? how would he even know? just bc i don't dress in a ball gown don't mean I'm broke buddy... and Asking all the personal questions made me really uncomfortable ... i should have walked out when the woman said no one comes there and i see why now.

I called before I went here to have an acrylic gel fill. I was informed the cost would be $40.00. Jenny serviced me. She was very dry, rude, aggressive, heavy handed and filed one of my fingers raw. After I pulled my hand back due to the pain she than told me my finger was already injured! Totally dismissing me and the pain I was in! She then told me the charge was $45.00, not the $40.00 she quoted me over the phone! I gave her two twenties and a ten dollar bill, she took it and bye! Really? I will never go back there!

Phenomenal job by the lady here. She was gentle and attentive to the details. My nails looked natural, not that thick, chunky nail that you sometimes get when they pile the acrylic on. Not overpriced. Fantastic work. Absolutely will be back. Thank you!Service: Acrylic nails
