Helen was fantastic. We had a few complicated printing requests and she managed to exceed all our expectations. Highly recommend this store. Other staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Maya was so great here. She helped me get my copies and everything set up. I was greeted and helped promptly. Just wish the machine gave a better / bigger picture of the image that’s going to be duplicated.

The staff here is wonderful! They were so friendly and helpful. I had an important print job with files for my wedding and Maya helped me make sure they all printed correctly while also seamlessly helping all customers. I would highly recommend this location for all of your printing and shipping needs!

Yikes. They have a $15 charge if they print for you, which they didn't tell us until after we had everything printed. I had page protectors on my sheets and they didn't take them off before printing. I didn't realize until I got home, but it made all the margins wrong, words were cut off, and now I'm having to reprint them. The employees at the new location don't seem to care about the quality of their work, which is a shame. It used to be such a great place to print.

been using this place and it's predecessor on Farwell for 20 years (business and personal). positive workers, skilled team and almost always ready and completed as promised.

I'm late to this review but didn't want to miss shouting out this spot. I came in a few months ago to get a huge printing job done for my business. I came in unprepared and in a rush. The manager helped me downloaded everything off my laptop onto his own flash drive, (so I didn't have to buy one), organized all the files and got them to print in the order I needed, stapled and all. Should also add that there were only three employees working at that time, with a steady flow of customers and they all worked perfectly to get everything done. Thanks again for all your help!

The woman that helped me was extremely helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Didn't plan to return the next day however I did because of my experience the day before.Next time I use self service, I am now better prepared.

I just learned today that FedEx relocated from Farwell/Brady to the new location on Prospect near North Ave. It seems some of the employees at this new location are still in training, but they were so patient and helpful in helping me to print multiple projects on different types of paper. It's a smaller location, but still gets the job done! I recommend if you have a larger project to submit it for printing days before you need it. The employee was kind enough to let me know there is a fee for same-day printing for large projects (even though I didn't need it today).

Ask yourself how badly you really need to print something before you go here. Awful experience. Inconvenient to the point of useless tech/printing and extra rude employees; issues w email being down could have been addressed w good customer service, but instead the response was given as if I did something wrong. This store needs to review the absolute basics of polite, courteous customer service and problem solving. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a FedEx. I live nearby and will never patron again—I’d rather buy a printer.Situation:Cost me $5+ to print one page that I never received; it took the woman before me 10+min to print 10 pages (bear in mind you get charged for each minute plus printing): I couldn’t wait that long so I just left. Because the email system was down I had to use pay per minute internet; employee did not offer me a code to bypass Internet charge (since email was down); rather she was snarky and offended when I was unhappy at how inconvenient things were and when I asked her to replace paper in the printer she snapped at me. I was pressed for time, annoyed and uncomfortable so I gave up and left. Thanks but nope!
