I have used this location for a couple day-of printing requests on marketing collateral. The quality, speed, and customer service were all excellent. I'm thankful for the diligence of the folks there.

Advanced technology but doesn't always work. Staff is 50/50 quality, Good, bad, and ugly. Typical downtown Milwaukee.
Credit card minimum for for self service is $5. My machine didn't work this time but the staff helped me get it printed, but then didn't give me a receipt, just walked away.

Terrible company. Denying legitimate claims to recipients for expensive packages never received because they did not deliver the package to the proper location. Claim process took two weeks, with literally zero updates except for an automated denial later via email. Terrible company. Will never do business with.

I called regarding my delivery..Never received it, but all I get is a recorded message that FedEx delivered on such a day..But, I never received it..There is no Customer Service Support..Very Terrible.

They close at weekend and on maps says they are open I reported it the clerk next day and he was rude to me , call them before you go

I had some last-minute printing I needed done for my wedding... day of the wedding. It wouldn't be a wedding without hurdles, amirite?! Well, I submitted my files via their website (after much trial and error), and I completely expected to receive a stack of papers that I would need to be cut out by hand. I mentally prepared myself for that. However, to my surprise, every single document was cut to size for me—saving me loads of time on my wedding day! To whomever was working on May 24, 2024, THANK YOU!

The guy who's been w FedEx/Kinkos for a while is excellent (Miguel I think?). Funny, works very hard, is very patient. Way better than the Glendale location...who never answer the phone, are rude and ghetto.

Do not ship with Fed Ex if you ever want to see your package. I was supposed to receive 2 packages on an order. Fed Ex lied and said I received them I did not. They said I initialed for the packages. The initials were not mine. I called the national cusomer service number because local Fed EX numbers are not disclosed. National customer service said local office would be calling me. I received no call. I still do not have my packages. Fed Ex is the best reason why we need UPS!
