The guy who's been w FedEx/Kinkos for a while is excellent (Miguel I think?). Funny, works very hard, is very patient. Way better than the Glendale location...who never answer the phone, are rude and ghetto.

Do not ship with Fed Ex if you ever want to see your package. I was supposed to receive 2 packages on an order. Fed Ex lied and said I received them I did not. They said I initialed for the packages. The initials were not mine. I called the national cusomer service number because local Fed EX numbers are not disclosed. National customer service said local office would be calling me. I received no call. I still do not have my packages. Fed Ex is the best reason why we need UPS!

I was about to cross the street to their FedEx when I heard someone screaming behind me. I paid attention to it because people on the side of the street when FedEx looked at me in horror. I didn't know that woke mob or felon woman chased me waving a soda bottle over my head, and talking nonsense. For example, she told me that she and her friend had already killed an innocent man. I was going to deliver boxes to FedEx, but this criminal woman followed me, and I did not apply marshal law because a police car drove by FedEx and she even cursed at them. At the store, I told the person, "I don't feel safe, please call the police," I told her. The felon woman in her 30s on the back started filming me on her phone. What is that for, right? I don't even know who she was. I think she was high on something or trained by the mob to humiliate our race. She was saying fragments of sentences. She looked at me with so much hate. Then she is filming and humiliating me. I don't even know this person. The employee didn't call the police when I alerted them. And if her cameras are working, what good does it do? They have no security. After all, I didn't want anyone to hurt me. Instead, the clerk called the police on me. She wasn't a customer. She was a felon. But the clerk refused to serve me, and I'm a person over 55 years old with my cane, no car, and have to carry heavy boxes back home.

I usually try to print locally, but was in a pinch for same-day turnaround and was so impressed with Kristin’s attentiveness and kindness. I called in to place a same-day order for a booklet, and felt unsure of all the choices… Especially over the phone. Kristin was incredibly patient, personable, highly knowledgeable, and was able to explain certain differences of choice very succinctly and descriptively over the phone. Kristin assured me that she would call me if anything looked off about the layout, and answered a bunch of questions from paper types and bleed lines to whether she liked clear or frosted covers. She never once sounded exasperated, which put me at ease and ultimately helped me feel great about this investment. The final product was exactly what I was hoping for!

i'm rating 4 stars because I got great service the night employees, not the morning store manager. I went to pick up a package yesterday morning and the store manager made it more difficult than it should have been and was not helpful at all. He didn't give me options that I didn't know I had and simply didn't want to do his job as a store manager. My boyfriend had to get him to do his job over the phone. things that he could've easily told me when I was there that morning. When i came back in the evening, the night crew was so kind and helpful I was in there less than a minute with the package I was supposed to have that morning. This location needs a store manager that can handle being around diverse customers and doesn't get off on power trips at 9am. Otherwise the employees are awesome.

I've used this location for printing for 5 years for work and love the team there. I've gotten to know quite a few folks who have worked at this location and appreciate how diligently they work to fulfill my printing needs - asking questions when they need, learning my preferences, and meeting sometimes-too-soon deadlines on printing pickup. Kristin, in particular, has been a godsend. So happy to have this location downtown!

This FedEx location has become my go-to stop for shipping, printing, and all other services. I would like to give a shoutout to Helen, who is simply an excellent associate who goes above and beyond for customers. Her patience and kindness go such a long way.

I brought in a job that was very labor intensive. Brittany welcomed me with a (masked) smile and offered helpful suggestions. She did an amazing job and was friendly and communicative through the whole process. I highly recommend this location.

This review is not branch-specific but for the company in general.Their delivery drivers are clearly under excessive pressure that results in poor performance. My business merged with another, we haven’t relabeled the building yet, we’re mostly all WFH, customer mailed an item to the incorrect address. Fedex tried to deliver the package outside of normal business hours, because our regular carrier is UPS they weren’t highly familiar with our business, decided to claim that the business is permanently closed, therefore it was just held at the facility. No courtesy call, no easy way to change that at the online portal.Meanwhile, they tried to deliver a package on Saturday, when naturally, the business was closed. Apparently, the package left the facility at 8:20AM this morning, it is now after 5PM, the business is closed. I called the number and they made it extremely difficult to contact a customer service representative. Also, I should note, if the package left the facility at 8:20AM and hasn’t arrived yet, and the drop-off is 40 minutes from the facility, the driver is putting in well-over an 8 hour day. Nothing wrong with that, I much prefer a 3x12 hour workweek myself, but clearly the drivers are screwing up.UPS and USPS both allow for easily specifying delivery hours. When I went to track my package, this was not an option. I had to call the customer service line, where naturally, this is not an option. The customer service representative was able to put in a note, but there is no guarantee. (A) Why can’t I add a note on the delivery tracking page after you’ve failed a delivery, (B) If this is not a selectable option, couldn’t the guy tomorrow just miss it again and then I have to have it directed to a store and go out of my way to pick it up? And doesn’t that cause additional labor for multiple parties, as well as delay the package?This is the second time within 6 weeks I’ve encountered problems with Fedex not delivering packages during regular business hours. I don’t choose how my customers and clients ship items, but I myself will be avoiding Fedex in the future as a result of these experiences.Also, you used to be able to easily print from Google Docs directly to Kinkos, you would get a code that you could enter at the machine, it was incredibly convenient. For years, that was the only way I printed. They’ve made it less convenient.

Walked into FedEx to explore some options for needed work materials and Kristin was able to provide me with all the information I needed. I came loaded with questions and she took the time to answer all my questions and if she didn't know the answer she reached out to other locations for assistance. Outstanding customer service and I look forward to doing more business here.

I have done business at the downtown Fedex for 5 years. The employees are pleasant and efficient. Sometimes I wish there were two employees upfront but hey, waits happen. The equipment is in good shape. I recommend using this Fedex location!
