I had such a great experience at this FedEx store! I came in to get a large print of a map and wasn’t quite sure how things would turn out, especially with a bit of trial and error involved, but Lisa was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I was envisioning. She was patient, kind, and really took the time to make sure I left happy and satisfied with the final result. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days! Thanks again, Lisa!!

1:45 on a Saturday afternoon & you are closed. All sites say you are open. Thanks for updating so I didn’t waste 40 minutes of my time & then another 30 driving to a different FedEx.

Stopped in 25 minutes before close. Started well. Guy was courteous. I asked about printing a document in transparent paper I had. He said no because of the texture but said they had transparent paper I could have it printed on. I said ok. Sent the link to him and he said they can’t open links. Paid to log into their computer to send the file, meanwhile he is giving me minute by minute updates as to when they close. I finally get the file sent the way he wants it and he prints all 4 copies at the same time without adjusting the machine to gloss, and without removing each so as not to allow them to smear. Of course they SMEARED, because they weren’t done one at a time. Common sense should’ve had him do one at a time but was in a hurry to leave as now, they are closed. Tells me they can’t print on transparent paper, that THEY provide, AFTER I paid to use their computer and tells me to have a good night, they are closed. Zero troubleshooting skills. And why offer a material that you are unable to work with?

Really impressed with James professionalism. He was really helpful when i needed flyers made for a tradeshow. Fast and efficient and easy going and friendly. I find myself dissatisfied with most customer service these days. He cares and does a good job

Shipping process went smooth. About six weeks later I was double charged over $700 to my account out of nowhere. Corporate was absolutely useless so I have to go through my bank to get a refund . Something fraudulent is happening on their end and they are clearly not following PCII data security policies that my card was used almost 2 months later. Will never use again
