Negative 10 stars Bad service Rude employees and yes Manager worst blames everthing on me.Here is the solution tell your sender like Spectrum to use another carrier! That simple our review its not just you look at them all! Maybe a great company but locally fails.You are only as good as your last delivery..Do I trust them with my property NO! FEDx now FEDup Sad!

Been waiting all day for my package and sure enough no one knocked or left a paper since I have to sign for the package . The only thing they send was a picture of the box it’s self . Now another day of waiting . 😭

Horrible worse place to go to return a package ,lazy employee went there to return a package short old woman lazy told me to go to another location to drop my package and print the label to as I did I had no issue at other place Howell ave oak creek returned with no issue

Disclaimer: This is not a reflection on this particular center but rather on Fed Ex itself.
My package has been sitting in new Berlin for 4 days. I could drive there and get it faster.
ALL I WANT IS A PHONE NUMBER AND I CANT GET ONE!!!!
The AI is awful. Good luck trying to speak to a live person.

It would be nice if my packages were delivered on the days they say they are out for delivery and when they do get delivered, it would be nice if they were delivered to my house and not some random house that I don't recognize. Overall I cannot believe FEDEX is still used by anyone and really wish I had a choice of shipping partners when ordering online.
