My Worst Experience at Firestone – Will Not Return
This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review, but my experience today at Firestone left me extremely disappointed.
I had an appointment at 9:30 AM for a simple oil change. I arrived at 9:25 AM. There was only one lady at the front desk, handling phone calls, customers, and communicating with the technicians all at once. In the past, oil changes here took no more than 30 minutes, and since my workplace is only 10 minutes away, I thought I’d be fine.
Unfortunately, that was not the case today. There was only one technician working on all the vehicles, and I ended up waiting for over two hours just for an oil change. No one informed me about the delay when I arrived. If I had known, I would’ve left right away.
Because of this unexpected delay, I was late to work for the first time ever, and part of my salary was deducted. Even when I asked them to bring my car down so I could leave, they refused. The front desk lady was unhelpful and kept saying, “I’m alone here, it’s not my fault,” in a very unprofessional manner.
To make things worse, I was charged $57, when I usually pay around $34 for the same service.
This experience was both stressful and costly. I will never return to this location again. They caused unnecessary damage to my work and treated me

The gentleman that helped me was very professional, responsive and detailed about the work that was being done on the car. It was a very long wait, however, he did acknowledge and apologized for it. Sounded like a staffing shortage which was not his fault. I liked that he gave me an update on the overall health of the vehicle, when things would be due for check ups and answered all of my questions. It would be nice if there was coffee and water in the waiting room since it was such a long wait. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would come back for future repairs. I also really like the online scheduling appointment tool! It was quick and easy to get an appointment!

Buyer beware⚠️ I came here to get 3 light bulbs replaced which is typically $4 each at the store. I was charged $150 and the response was that the other $138 was for labor! All they did was replace three light bulbs and put some scotch tape over the cracked area. They didn’t even replace the whole fixture, What a rip off. Im young and I really feel like I got taken advantage of, this was a very hurtful experience. If I could give 0 stars i would.

Where do I even begin! I scheduled an appointment online for the $9.99 car care package deal that was offered in the app and I also notated that one of my headlights was out and that I was concerned about a P0128 code reading and an intermittent brake light in the dash. No one called or emailed to confirm or reschedule, so the next day I tried again. This time I did get a call back and scheduled the appointment to come in on a Tuesday morning, as I was told there were currently no appointments scheduled until the afternoon. I get there for my appointment and it took 15 minutes for anyone to help me and I was told the work would take 1.5 to 3 hours to complete. After 3.5 hours went by, I called to check on the status of my car and the technician acted annoyed that I would even call to inquire about my vehicle. 2 more hours go by and they finally call me and tell me they are done with inspection, only told me about the most expensive work that needed to be done and did not address any of the other issues I was concerned about. I had to ask about my headlight and told them just replace it so I can pick up my vehicle. Finally got my car back 8 hours later only for them to tell me I have to schedule another appointment to get my brakes inspected and address any other issuesm I was charged over $200 for the so called "work" that they did do. I advise you look elsewhere for car repairs. You'll be doing yourself and them a favor because they clearly can't handle anymore service requests! $200 later and I still don't fully know what's wrong with my vehicle and I am furious. I asked them about the $9.99 offer and was told that's not the one they did. Well isn't that what i asked for? AND what the hell did you do that was worth $200?! Didn't check my brakes, I have a broken windshield wiper that was never even mentioned, and I had to tell you to address my headlight ?
On a sided note, one of the techs was very nice so you get a star for that.
