I went to this location at 6:50pm today in downtown Milwaukee. Employees had the doors locked already. Someone ran to the back as i was tugging on the door. As i was leaving i saw 2 more employees in uniform walking around. Disappointed that i couldn’t buy the Nike jacket i needed for tonight. The employees lacked professionalism, especially if there was a good reason for closing early.

Customer service is horrible, not a good store for a real sneakerhead, staff thinks they know everything. Bad experience, staff also very immature and treat you like they dont want you there? Very sad.

Horrible customer experience…. Store wasn’t busy at all, there were three customers for the whole store and many employees wandering around. Lady went to look for a requested size and 10min later I noticed her chatting to her coworker, while we waited at the same spot with a toddler… when I’ve approached and asked her if she managed to find the requested size - her answer was “did she explain you”, as if someone should have told me something when we’ve been waiting for this employee to let us know if they have requested size for few models of interest…

Suppose to open at 11am. Saw 2 workers around 10:45am, turned lights on then disappeared. It's now 11:15am and doors locked, workers nowhere to be found. At least 6 potential customers waiting, all left. What an inconvenience. Do better foot locker! StockX it is!

I climbed in the locker and got stuck. The fire department had to come with the jaws of life to cut me out. Best mall experience of my lifetime. Highly recommended.

Save yourself the pain….order online or go somewhere else. Employees hiding behind clothing racks & in back room so they don’t have to help you. Eventually went and found one of the hiding employees to assist. Knew exactly what shoe I wanted, asked for my size, girl disappeared to find it, and did not return. Waited 25 minutes and left.

I never write reviews but the service here was so bad I feel like I have to… I showed up at 6:30, online said they close at 8 and the hours on the door said they close at 7, but the doors were locked. waited for someone to unlock the door and when I asked if they were closing early they said no… why are the doors locked then? all the workers were SO awkward and quiet and they all acted like they were high. no music playing in there, just silent and super weird. when I asked to try on a shoe it took 10 minutes to get the shoe and when I asked questions none of them knew the answers. they also had no sizes … I swear the isn’t a legitimate store it was THAT weird. go to literally any other location
