Went in to purchase a pair of shoes. Ask the person if they had a size 7 or seven and a half. When I told the sales person I needed a seven-and-a-half she goes back and then comes and tells me she only has a 6 1/2. Instead of looking at my clothes she should have looked at my credit cards and cash. I didn't like how she made me feel. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT FOOTLOCKER.

Horrible customer service. They are very lazy and don't want to go in back to look for you size. They just had me to go the Bayshore store to get my size which wasn't at the Bayshore location. The Bayshore location found in the system that the midtown location actually had two pairs in my size but they were too lazy to actually look. This place needs a real manager to run it or they should just close it down.

Great Customer Service, Fast Service. I was fortunate enough to have the Store Manager Dante Carter take care of me. Even gave me some fashion advice and it worked out compared to what I selected. Anytime I can I will always come back to this location.
