I rhad the worst experience at this location ever. The manager and associates were all behind the register doing inventory, talking and eating while customers were standing inline waiting to checkout. When the manager was asked if anyone could ring up customers she had the nastiest attitude. We actually had to wait for the associate to finish shopping before we could check out. This store really doesn’t deserve any stars at all and the complete staff including managers needs to be retrained on CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE VALUE OF THE CUSTOMERS DOLLAR!!!!!

Unfortunately, I recently purchased several clearance items and was later informed that they are considered final sale and cannot be returned. However, at the time of purchase — and even now, three weeks later — there were no signs or notices anywhere in the store stating that clearance items are final sale.
When I spoke with the manager, she confirmed that the policy exists but acknowledged that signage has not yet been posted. I suggested that clear and visible signs be displayed to properly inform customers before they make a purchase.
As a customer, I believe that when store policies are not clearly posted or disclosed at the time of sale, customers should not be held to undisclosed terms. In this case, refunds or exchanges should be permitted until proper signage is displayed. Transparency in store policies is essential to ensure fair business practices and protect consumer rights.

Huge department store in MidTown that is mostly clothes carrying discounted namebrands, athletic gear, housewares, toys, shoes, cosmetics, etc. You can always find something here. The line to check out can be slower at times due to all the customers shopping.

I was really surprised about this store, lots of hidden treasures in there. Please! Keep the environment SMOKE FREE! IT Reeked smell of Marijuana and it'll do the store more Justice if the parking lot is cleaned too. But very nice things and clothes 👌🏾 Shout out to security for being so kind to me. THANK YOU SIR💪🏾
