I recently visited this game stop location and was thoroughly impressed with the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience for me. I appreciated their patience and attentiveness to my needs and their genuine enthusiasm for video games. Overall, I highly recommend this location thanks to the outstanding staff and exceptional service they provide.

about 2 years ago I came here to buy a nintendo switch. my mom doesn't know much about video games but wanted to get me one as well as a few games, and she talked with the guy at the front about this and that, really nice guy. well she calls me over, and as it turns out they didn't have a new version of the game i wanted. not only did this man double check, he also looked through the pre owned games and was able to find me a perfectly working copy :). they helped me pick out two more games, and when it came time to pick a pre-owned system he guided me towards an awesome nes looking switch, AND he gave me options for the joycons that came with it. at checkout, he offered me a job but sadly I was too young. Now, I'm ready to take up that offer

went to trade in my xbox one today and had an amazing experience with both of the workers, didn't get to catch either of there names but they were both awesome!one of them commented on my shirt and it made me feel great about myself, NOW THATS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Nate (a manager or the store manager) was absolutely amazing!! I ordered something from the Game Stop website on Black Friday to be delivered to my house. Long story short, it was a really limited re-furbisehed item that evidently was probably never going to be in stock and yet I couldn’t cancel it through the website because it was never shipped. I tried to call customer service but was on hold once for over an hour and another for 38 minutes before giving up.I called the store and associate Jay assured me that if I came in, they’d figure out a way to help.Even though the store was really busy, once it was my turn, Nate took the time to call customer service himself and cancel the order for me. I have already received my confirmation that it went through.If you want things done correctly, go to the Game Stop in Greenfield, WI. Thanks so much to the staff there!! ☺️☺️☺️

Bought a new controller about 6 months ago. The clerk informed me about the warranty and recommended I get it. Last night about midnight, the stick began to drift. So today I went in to cash in on the warranty, and although there was a line and I waited about 15 minutes, it was a painless process. I would recommend getting all your supplies from them.
