Update stores times that are online please!!!! When you this location gets googles it’s says you guys close at 6 but then you have a sign that says closed at 5 when you actually get to the store smh

Tay, whom I believe is the manager there, was great. Extremely knowledgable and helpful. Very friendly and welcoming to everyone coming in. I’d drive out of my way to come to this store simply because of my experience with him running the store. Keep being great Tay!

FRANC was amazing! A+++ service. Walked into this GNC looking for vegan protein. Franc was quick to to locating the products for me. On top of that, he was very welcoming, friendly, and personable! Please recognize Franc for being an outstanding employee! Highly recommend this location!

Come here often and it's closed during working hours. Last time I ever go back here. Buying online from another retailer other than GNC from now on.

Business hours are shhhht! dont trust business hours. just buy online or somewhere else. once you lose my trust as a store im never coming back. many people also do the same. so why would you not change your business hours online so you dont loose trust and customers

This GNC made me waaste my time. i drove here because i thought they where professionals who respect my time. i was wrong, they just close the store whenever they feel like it with no considerations of customers. dont waste your time like i did. they might not even open all day on a day they are suppose to be open.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They "open" at 10:00am and its currently 11:01 yet it is STILL closed. We have also tried coming in the afternoon during open hours and it is STILL closed. This locations staff sucks.

Never been in this GNC and I'm already disappointed. There is a sign up that says out to lunch, be back soon. When did you leave for lunch? What do you consider soon? How long is your lunch break? I understand if there is only one person in the store, but give your customers an idea of when you'll be back. On another note, I've been to many GNCs and have never had to encounter this.

I walked into the store normally I get a “hi welcome to gnc” I walk on July third I see he is helping a customer at the register I first recognized they miss placed product in a different location that I found and since the product is very expensive I was trying to show him that I do not want my product on the counter and I tell him I am a rewards member he asked for my phone number I give it to him he does not pay attention what he does is say I got it from a counter which is really a shelf and I just said forget it he was a taller African American built bigger totally will not go back

Poor management, lack of professionalism and diplomacy. Beware of the store manager, Dustin. Harasses and discriminates against employees of color, gaslights and gets in others' faces when a simple mistake happens. Is likely on some mind-altering drug.

Store Hours open at 10:00. Employee walks in after 10:00, door still locked @ 10:10. Don't bother

Don't typically visit GNC too often, but when I do they're always helpful and friendly. If I need any supplements etc. This will be my go to location

I drove from Brown Deer and arrived at 7:40 and this store was closed with new times penciled in. Waste of time and gas. Not a happy loyal customer at all. My husband is disabled and is on the protein shakes for medical reasons.

The worst experience. Walked in at 1135, employee didn't even acknowledge me when I said hello. Sat down on his phone while I looked around the store, didn't offer to help with anything or engage with me at all. I put back the products I had picked up to purchase and left. I'll buy online instead.
