Spent almost 3 years with Goodland at their property on Farwell and it truly felt like home. The apartment was renovated, quiet, and close to all the necessities (grocery, beach, bike paths, bars). Never had any issues with management or maintenance. Always kind and professional.

I have been living in one of their apartments for 4 years. Any concerns are answered quickly. The place is nice and quiet. The price is good for the apartments. The staff is friendly and available if need anything.
