Been going to this goodwill for a long time. Great merchandise, but staff is always rude. In order to get a fitting room you either have to wait and see if someone notices you or hunt down an associate in the store to which they will ALWAYS be annoyed that you are asking for a fitting room. There needs to be a better system for the fitting rooms. I’ve been to countless goodwills and I have never seen such an inefficient system for this.

As verified by phone call with a store manager, and as seen on new entrance signs at three stores, all Milwaukee Area Goodwill Stores are now open until 8pm every day except Sunday (when it is 7pm)

It’s a hassle to pack stuff up and deliver it, but I know the mission is good, despite appallingly overpaid national C Suite execs.
It would be nice, however, if the donation center were ACTUALLY OPEN at the hours posted on the door, recorded on the messsge, and posted on the website. Even less fun when it’s 7 below zero…

I miss the kids clothes being on a lower rack. It's harder to reach up to look at the kids clothes! Please consider moving the kids clothes to a regular rack! Otherwise, it's a great, clean Goodwill that is usually organized!

Average Goodwill but smaller. Park on Newberry, a half block away.

Been going here more often since I moved in the neighborhood. It's honestly a great place to find items. I wish prices weren't rising on items but I have been able to get utensils, art supplies etc. For myself and others. Definitely comes in clutch.
I'm a regular at this point and I just like this store because of the items+ funny staff.

This Goodwill is entirely too small for the amount of people who shop here, and the parkinglot is a nightmare.
I've been supporting shopping at Goodwill stores for as long as I can remember, so when a So Called undercover security worker was following and watching me, I did not appreciate it at all. I was aware of what was going on, then saw her go into the room with the workers.
I won't be returning.

If you shop at this location a lot (more than once a month) you will see a lot of the same items you saw during your last visit. But every now and then, you can find some great items to add to your collection.
The same can be said about most Goodwills. But in my experience, this is exceptionally true about location in particular. There could be nothing one week, but then a large amount of items that you want can come on a random weekday. With the items that are left over, you’ll be left wondering what you missed out on.
Resellers frequent this location on a near weekly basis. Beware!

A good place to find affordable kitchen items and clothing. But, while collecting items, make sure not to keep your cart far away from you. I had an incident where someone took my cart after I had spent an hour collecting things.
