Your financing is awful awful! difficult to use sent info 3 times and still couldn't find the application. No customer service support either to speak with. My Sale Rep was good. I ended up paying cash. if I could have compl finance application would have bought new washer and dryer. Won't buy here again

Grand Appliance has good quality appliances and offers competitive prices. I bought my old washer and dryer and current refrigerator from them. When I bought my refrigerator several years ago, the complete transaction was wonderful, and they handled a couple warranty issues over the years for me quite nicely. The new washer and dryer sales experience with Jimmy was great. He was patient throughout the two days I visited Grand Appliance, answered all of my questions, and at time of payment, Jimmy took the time to thoroughly cover all items on my invoice. Grand Appliance provided prompt delivery of my dryer, but the washer was not in stock. Problems with the first delivery occurred when promised ducting was not included and there was a rattling piece of metal inside the dryer. The delivery men were absolutely superb, and the best thing about the transaction. They went out of their way to see if they could repair the rattling metal, but I rejected the dryer after I saw they completely dismantled the machine. They could see the dislodged piece, but, even using a magnet, could not reach it. The speculated the dryer was dropped at some point in the warehouse. Freddy the chatbot does a wonderful job scheduling delivery and keeping you informed throughout the delivery on delivery day. The chatbot provided a link you could check to see which delivery was in progress compared to yours and provided real-time updates of your delivery's ETA. That was quite impressive. The chatbot rescheduled my delivery for a week later. When I called salesman Brody, he quickly rescheduled the delivery for two days later. The second delivery was another A+ for the same delivery men who came with the first delivery. They brought with them a more rigid duct, but still not up to code, as it was accordion style that collected lint at the many folds. After the first delivery snafus, I tried to micro-manage so as to avoid issues on delivery 2. It seems Grand Appliance does not want to help you after the sale. The sales people just say they send emails to the warehouse or send emails to customer service, and no one replies and issues are not resolved. I did finally find a concerned woman in customer service who said she would again reach out and follow up on the promised ducting that was not delivered and installed. I had verified three times before the sale that Grand Appliance would be installing rigid aluminum ducting that is taped and not screwed in accordance with code and HVAC advice. Our duct environment is uncomplicated and requires an elbow at the dryer, a 76-inch strait vertical duct, and an elbow at the existing external duct to the outside. They charged $59 to provide this. So, this review gives a star for the sale; a star for the good quality selection and competitive price, and a star for delivery. Since the promised ducting has still not been provided, I took off a couple stars for the broken promise.

After an excellent experience getting new kitchen appliances last year, I called Grand Appliance when our dryer died over Christmas. The salesperson understood my needs and it took less than 20 minutes to purchase and set up delivery and installation. Great experience!!!

Sat for 20 minutes before bing addressed Finsllybi just asked where scratch and dent appliances were ! I went back and found what I was interested in and returned to the counter and waited to be addressed finally a sales women checked the availability of on sale dryers was! None on my sheet were available ( even they were they were listed on sale on line!' she then walked away to work with a couple in the back of the store !' ( no apology or "I'll be back as soon as I finished with them" . Finally another salesperson was finishing with a customer and finally helped me! I did purchase a dryer but I was very close to walking out due to the poor service!! in there more then an hour!

First time experience with grand appliance. Alex was very helpful and gave me several options. So far the experience has been very good. Follow up on the delivery today. I am very pleased with the quality of help they had for their delivery and installation. They were very professional and eager to make sure I was pleased.

I went shopping for a new good quality washer and dryer set. Maria helped me soon after my arrival. She knew the products and explained the features well. She explained all pricing and add-ons before I could even ask. All my questions were answered quickly, and the ordering process was quick and easy. The store is neat and has a wide selection of appliances. I really appreciated the easy, no pressure shopping experience.

Our washer broke after almost 20 years of use. So when my husband and I stepped into Grand Appliance we were pretty much clueless about what to get. Alex was super helpful and gave us a lot of information on the different makes and models. He was also patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend!

Terrible customer service, lied straight to my face and to my grandmother about breaking her counter on installation of a "new" dishwasher. They have yet to return previous phone calls from weeks ago. Would DEFINITELY not recommend. Your money is better spent elsewhere. If I could leave a negative stars on this review I would.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were able to get me additional rebates that were being offered for Black Friday. I had my mind set on a certain washer/dryer combo, but they pointed me to some other alternatives. After I read additional online reviews, I ended up with an All-in-One unit.

I was very happy that I was able to go to Grand Appliance and TV on a Monday evening and have my new refrigerator in my kitchen that same week. The time-frame of delivery was very helpful and accurate for planning purposes. I loved the ability to track the location of the delivery and knowing exactly when they would arrive at my home. The gentlemen who delivered my refrigerator were very professional.

The delivery men did a wonderful job bringing my huge refrigerator and stove in. They called when they were 45mins away as I asked. I was told my delivery window was 130-530pm. They arrived about 645pm. Not ok with the lateness since we don't live at the property and had to wait.
