Parking garage seems to be under reconstruction as it was supported by scaffolding in several places. We bought tickets for Symphony parking. QR code for entry and exit didn't work, attendant couldn't open, cars backed up behind as several had same issue. Had to walk around and up the ramps as mall was locked. I saw many having same issue including one wheelchair bound.TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE AND I HAD DISCOUNTED $19 parking, otherwise $25. Valet was almost double. Greed is going to kill downtown without public transit or parking!

I shopped at the new Kohl's downtown and it was very nice! I recommend it. Good bargains this time of year! I also went to eat in the mall. Wow, lots of different choices and ethnicities! The mac n cheese place was good, Rod and Makk! I didn't think I'd like the mac and cheese with ranch dressing and bacon bits but I really did!

Great selection of food venues. Nice bar in the middle section, wine vendor and City Fountain. Nice place reminded me of a mall food court from the 80's and 90's, but with a twist. Parking isn't the best.

Everything was great until we tried to get out of the parking deck at the Avenue. We had someone validate on parking paper and the person at the kiosk we ate at, put the validation sticker on the wrong side of the parking paper and it was an ABSOLUTE COMPLETE NIGHTMARE getting out of the parking deck. It was horrible trying to get out of the parking deck. Other then that the Avenue renovations are amazing.......

This unique food and lounge mall was conveniently attached to the hotel I stayed at while in town. Food options were plenty, and the atmosphere is busy, but spacious enough for a dinner rush. Each place sends a text when your food is ready, so you can find a place to sit while waiting. They have bag toss, and deck shuffleboard to play while hanging out. Cool place!

Not sure what to make of the Avenue. There are not very many shops but the food area is okay. It looked like there were different things to do (bags, tvs, etc) but you had to get there early to use some of the areas. Kids wanted to play at the video game station but it appeared kids and younger adults would park there all day and not let anyone else play free video games. Did not make it much fun. Also tvs had like the same game on almost all the tvs. Wish they had more selections. It was just an okay experience.

This is a great neighborhood gem. The same concept as the 3rd Avenue, but cleaner and the food is better. There's usually something cool going happening, and there's space for private entertaining. I would recommend this place from a quiet date, book club, to a birthday party.

Best place to get a bite to eat if you're staying in the area, I liked the poke bowls. Very filling but low calorie.
