Don’t buy from here, they knowingly sell bad cars. I’m still paying for a lemon they sold me 3 yrs ago. I really hope I can prevent someone else going through what I have been through. I had purchased warranty. So I lost the car to mechanical failure and thousands for the bunk warranty. Avoid griffin at all costs.

I drove over 180 miles to check out a 2022 ram 1500 they already had it waiting for me when I got there, I ended up buying a 2024 ram 1500 and the staff were very helpful and got me the best deal I could get. They ran a couple different scenarios. I would recommend this company to everyone. Robert was very nice and helpful.

As soon as we stepped in the Dealership, we were treated like Family. Showed cars in our price range and Robert was extremely Knowledgeable, and answered every question with Professionalism and Confidence. While we waited for our financing to come through, Robert was as Friendly as if we knew each other for years. Even had a lot in common. This was our second time going to Griffin Hub, and I must say; we will be returning for other cars in the future. Great Team at a Wonderful Dealership.

It came in for an oil change. The service was five star. ERiC is just simply fabulous. He attended to making sure the vehicle was taken care of as well as additionally checking my tires per my request as well as a car wash He also provided interim updates as I sat in the waiting room. I was In and out of there in about a 1/2 hour.

The environment is friendly and welcoming. Since I’ve purchased my car over a year ago from Griffin, Eric always preforms great communication skills and reinsurance regarding my car’s maintenances. I was able to buy my gorgeous Sub-lime Last Call Charger SXT at Griffins Hub with zero issues and complaints. Jose was fantastic and Dino was just a pleasure to work with. Had a blast watching the "ACL tear seen round the world" while waiting for the car to be fueled up and detailed. Thank you guys for all your help.

Every time I come here to get an oil change, the staff is excellent. They always get me a great discounted price and get the job done quickly. I live 30 minutes away now, but travel to this dealership just because of how well they treat me. Will continue to come here to give them my buisness!

Made appointment for oil change and to have the rear inner light fixed last week. When i arrived the advisor seemed surprised i wasn't just getting an oil change. I mentioned the LED tail light to be fixed too. The advisor was quick to say he didn't think he has that part in stock. I informed him that I have the part. I was waiting in the waiting area and then was told that that new part didn't work either. He was quick to say, it could be something in the wiring or somewhere else. He would have to do the diagnostics. I told him to put the other part back on so I could return that newest part. He came back and said it would take over an hour to do it. The old part wasn't put back in my car (I told him I would take it off myself). So now I paid to have another non working part on my car, did not get the old part back so that I could return something that wasn't working and he didn't even offer to do the diagnostics or minimally make an appointment to have the diagnostics completed. Just rushed me out the door. This is the second time I have been disappointed with this dealership.

Everyone was so helpful. They made it possible for my mom to get a car. A car she really liked and wanted. Joe Henry came from the Waukesha store to make sure my mom was taken care of and got her car. I know he will never forget the experience he had with us. Thank you to all those who helped us.

I truly had a wonderful service visit. I felt very welcomed by Eric P. when I scheduled and it didn't end there. He has great charisma as he explains everything thoroughly. He even saved me money by applying a coupon that I would never have been able to find. The service department is run very efficiently. The technicians shocked me with how quickly they worked and got me out of the waiting room and back to my day. Thank you so much!

I took my Jeep in today for an oil change and replace my rear window wiper. I was in and out within 30. Amazing service at the service department! Especially from Eric and the team. They took great care of my car and provided 5 star service at every step! I highly recommend this dealership as they treat you with dignity.

Place is totally a joke!!!! Do not do business with them. Bought a jeep renegade been having problems every since. It’s hard to get into service. The salesman I dealt with always pushed me away when it came to me either calling or texting him about the issues with the vehicles. It’s hard to work with the new/used car managers. This place is nothing but the run around I recommend do not go here!!!!!! Go spend your money else where.

Three years ago I bought a 2017 Nissan at Griffin with a warranty. My appointment was set up 5 days earlier. Upon my arrival My greeting was I suppose you bought the car here. Um yes and I have a warranty. I waited til 2pm to only to find the tech had an emergency and had to leave. Can we keep your car? Um I guess. On day 2 at 11 the service guy tells my the tech guy didn't show up for work and I should go to Nissan! It is at this point I have a discussion with the Manger. At 1:30 I'm told they couldn't find anything! So next week I'm going to Nissan.

This morning I took my Rebel in for services and they were amazing!! Very quick and the Sevice gentleman was very professional and caring about my situation. I was kinda hating to take it in this morning after working 3rd shift it usually takes a long time but this morning was incredible, thank you
