I bought a car at this dealership and I had a smooth and hassle-free experience. They showed me the car I was interested in and gave me enough space and time to inspect and test drive it. I got a wonderful Honda CRV from them, which had some minor issues with the struts and the windshield wiper fluid container. They offered to fix them for free and now the car runs very well. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The only drawbacks were that they didn't have a return policy, which is understandable for a small dealership, and they weren't very knowledgeable about the car's history. But overall, it was a great deal and I would probably buy a car from here again.

So I waited a whole year before leaving a review. My experience with the dealership was fantastic the owner was great to deal with. I purchase my SUV from them and I gotta say the only negative thing was all four tires needed to be replaced and the brakes needed to be replaced which I didn’t mind doing myself. The car itself has been a great purchase I haven’t had any issues at all with the car and it’s been a blessing to me and my family. Thank you GS AUTO SALES. Money well spent!

The place is very nice and very clean. When we first purchased the car, we fell in love with the car. The salesman was friendly and courteous.But after 4 to 6 business days, there was a noise when the brakes were applied. We took it to our mechanic on the 6th business day after purchased, he said that there is a bad wheel baring on the left front side. He recommended not to drive it since it is a safety hazard and he also said that it is against the law to sell a car in that condition (lemon law). He told me to take it back to the used dealership to have it fixed.I called the dealership and explained the situation. The salesman hung up on me (while I was speaking) and said the car is fine without looking at it.On the safety report, It did not say the wheel baring needed to be replaced. Also, the battery died on me (on the road), but the salesman was nice enough to fixed that problem. The salesman was nice to talk to and he would listen to what I had to say, but he is not willing to work with me when car problems arise (except the battery issue).He is more interested in making a profit on each of his vehicle than the safety of his clients.He said many times to me that the car is sold "as is" and anyproblems that come up afterwards is my problem only, and not his.The car I bought was not cheap and it had low mileage on it.He rather choose to not fix the car because he is stubborn, than getting an unfavorable review. The quote for me to pay my mechanic to fix the bad wheel barring is not high ($400.00).Regards,Not happy.

Was nervous about purchasing a Ford Focus but the car was in good condition. I’m glad I did business with them. Regardless, always do background checks for used cars.

I purchased a 2007 Honda Civic in 2021 from here, within a week I started having issues with it starting funny. When I took it back for them to look at I was told it was my problem now that I bought it. Do not come here for cars!

Me and my wife went to GS Auto and we test drove a Nissan Altima. It was very nice and we asked the salesman for a discount and he was upfront with us and said it was not going to be a big discount. I asked him about 2 wipers and 2 hub caps that were damaged and he said that he will change it for us right away. By the time we did the paperwork and finalized the sale, the car was ready for us. I really appreciate his help and I recommend this dealer, GS Auto Sales on 27th, to try it out.

A couple of weeks ago we went to GS AUTO SALES, for a test drive. We spoke to Casey the salesman before we got there to see if the car was available and he said yes. We took it on a test drive and the car was great and the price was high a little bit but casey worked with us on the price and we agreed and he left me and my husband alone to discuss if we want to go for it or not, so we decided to buy it. Casey was very helpful with us. we transferred our license plate right on the spot. 15 minutes the paper work was done the plates on the car and we left.Thank you GS AUTO SALES, it has been three weeks and we love our honda CR-v

Got a fair deal on a car. Needed a basic door lock actuator repair that I had to negotiate to get fixed. Casey the sales manager at first said they wouldn't fix it because they lost money on the car and it was being sold as is. Cmon Casey!! they don't lose money on those cars. He took care of the repair and I left feeling comfortable with the transaction. Both Casey and Alejandro were very pleasant and enjoyable to be around. A fairly easy and pleasant transaction experience all around. People need to remember these are used cars and not perfect and theyre in the business to make a profit.Follow up review for brake replacement 03/04/21. Had to replace brakes for the scion after about 40k miles after purchase this past summer in 2020. No biggie that's normal. When I purchased the vehicle the salesman selling point was they were losing money on the car because they put all brand new brakes and tires on it. They don't lose money on these cars. However when I went to replace the back brakes they never greased the slide pins and they completely rusted and siezed up. One bracket had to be busted off and I had to order a new caliper just to get the bracket because they don't sell them separately. Both rotars were completely rusted and the pads were hardly used indicating the brakes weren't even engaging most if not the entire time since purchase. All of that could have been avoided by simply properly lubing the slide pins while installing brake pads. Also there is a TSB from Toyota as the 2.4 ltr engine has a piston ring issue and is an oil burner. Sure enough I'm consuming about a qt every 1000 miles. None of that was disclosed. Don't think that's their responsibility as it's buyer beware so it's my fault but it's hard to grasp they didn't know about that before selling it as it effects so many Toyotas. Hind sight is 2020.

I had some tough luck today as my battery died while I was across the street from GS Auto group today shopping. (somewhere else by the way for furniture) It was raining, and my daughter was in the car, but the gentleman at this establishment was willingly to give me their battery pack charger to start my car with no hassle. What great customer service. I was highly impressed with how nice they all were. This is the type of place I would want to give an opportunity to earn my business to.

Just purchased a 2008 Honda civic & it runs as smoothly as I expected... These guys are the real deal if you need a reliable used vehicle & their prices are extremely reasonable. The prices are also firm because they do their due diligence to ensure they have quality vehicles so don't try to low ball them. I appreciate the service tremendously??
