We arrived an hour or so early and there's basically no staging parking except on the side of the street where you're not suppose to park. It's also tight around the area.
They have a small sign near the door that mentions it's for piggly wiggly. They were backed up and we got into a door late and it took a couple hours to load.
Bathroom is available inside for drivers.
Not the greatest place to deliver to though.

Well let's see the people who are supposed to buzz you in take forever buzzing you in even though they're sitting in the office you can see him when you're pulling up with the truck and when you get into the building they're playing on their cell phone before they even talk to you it's like you're freaking invisible

If you're delivering here don't look for a door that says Hanson storage shipping and receiving there isn't one. The shipping and receiving office says Piggly wiggly on it. There is no parking lot here . Park on the side of the road leading up to the shipping and receiving office and then walk up.

Typical big company mentality, customer service low, to play devils advocate, I did show up 1 hour late. To a 5:00 appointment. Currently at 4 hours and waiting to unload 4 pallets.

If paperwork says Hansen check in what looks like piggly wiggly also park only on 112th there is signs up and down that says no parking but usually not enforced by police so park at your risk and also don’t park infornt of the docks drive around and park on 112th and walk. It’s kinda tight as is no need to make it even tighter for the next guy. Anyways place usually takes about 2-3 hours from my expirence only downside they will bash about inside your trailer forcing you to sweep or washout afterwards idk how hard it is to slow down right before you get a pallet with the forklift. No reason to slam into a pallet like a newbie

Enjoyed my visit delivering here. Piggy Wiggly is another name for Hansen storage. Was late coming here thanks to my first stop. Paid the unloading fee along with a late fee and they took care of me. Real nice here.

When you call the phone number you get a run around, I thought it might be a terrible phone system. NO the reason you can’t get ahold of anyone, is because the lady can’t take the time to stop eating. She’s to busy shoveling fried food in her face!
