I’ve been doing my nails for decades and have been a loyal customer at Happy Nails for a little over a year. The owner is fantastic—always flexible and accommodating.
Unfortunately, my recent experience with an employee named Hailey (as she identified herself) has left me extremely disappointed, and I feel compelled to give this salon a 1-star review.
I was charged an extra $5 for removing just five acrylic nails with a filer—a process that not only damaged my nails but caused significant pain. Despite expressing my discomfort, there was no concern shown from the staff.
I also requested a simple round nail shape and showed a picture for confirmation, but I was still charged an additional $5. When I asked when this charge started, Hailey responded in a dismissive and arrogant tone, claiming, “Since forever, since I started working here five years ago.”
She was incredibly rude throughout the interaction and even said, “I don’t know how much Tom (the owner, I believe) charges you, but this is the cost today.”
I HOPE THE OWNER SEES RHIS REVIEW AND TAKES ACTION TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE, AS EXPERIENCES LIKE RHOS TARNISH THE REPUTATION OF AN OTHERWISE GREAT SALON.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life, I was practiced on with my eyebrows and my toes they acted like they didn't speak English and laughed when multiple customers were talking to them .If you don't want to ha e a bad day pass this place up ,there are many others in the area Just do not go here. I am writing my review as my feet are being beautified by Sarah! My fave nail tech in all of Milwaukee! They have great customer service and Sarah has been my go to for about 2 years now and I would highly recommend her for nails, lashes, and eyebrows because she has done all these for me and i absolutely love her efforts to make you smile with her work! There are some other great nail techs there but she is just who I prefer! Please visit them because they really treat their clients like royalty and they correct their mistakes. They also work quick although the more popular they get busier but that comes with greatness.
Requested style: Gold French tip
Cleanliness: They use great measures to keep it clean and comfortable in between each client.
