Mary and Chris was told I was Suspended.from rental a car when I check they told I was not suspended chirs told a lie to me I was in accident on 3/13/24 I was out ofcar from3/13/24 though 3/18/24 keep call them been told out of cars when I ask for District manager's phone the way they gave me the run around. So they need keep uber drivers on road they do not care

Poor customer service. I was just on the phone with a representative and she had a really bad attitude, didn’t really wanted to help me outside of what I was calling about, Google says they’re open at 8:00am I’ve been calling since 8am and no one answered the phone until now someone answering the phone at 9:20 am. The lady hung up the phone on me as I was in the midst of talking. Very unprofessional

Unfriendly and inconsiderate staff. They don't take all credit cards and failed to disclose that when I was booking the reservation.

Reservation was scheduled for 12 noon. I get dropped off by Uber, only to see a sign on door saying Hertz Moved. No number or anything. I then had to walk down the block to the new location by the old Hyundai dealership. I get here and not one rep has said anything to me since I have been here. If I didn't need this rental today I would have left already. I won't be back after I return it. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After waiting over half an hour, I finally get to the clerk desk only to be told I can't get a vehicle because I have to wait 24 hours to use my debit card. Highly annoying experience.

I just had the exact same experience as the review before mine. This location is closed, but the website still lets you make a reservation. I called customer service and eventually found out they're located inside the Amato dealership a block away. Went to the dealership, they don't acknowledge you in a timely or professional manner. After waiting for them to finish their conversation, they say they're out of vehicles and will call me once they have one.They never asked my name, my confirmation number or phone number. How can they call if they don't know who I am??

If I can give this place zero stars I would! They had one worker in here. There are no cars ready and available. One consumer came and said he had been down here for two days trying to get a car. It is very unprofessional the way she speak to the customer. I understand you are one person working but it’s no way to speak to anyone.

Shut this place down!!!! I like Hertz other places but this specific location is the worst. The employees are overworked, and not trained. They will have you reserve a vehicle (pay for it) all to come there and it not be there. You will not get a call back, they lie to get you off the phone. Wanna drive Uber and get a vehicle through Hertz don’t hold your breathe.

Please please please look into how this company uses police to repo cars and arrest paying customers for cars still within their rental agreements.THEY ARE ARRESTING CUSTOMERS WITHOUT CAUSE AND PERSUING CHARGESMany people have been affected, unproportionately black people.When I worked at the bank, I did more disputes for hertz than google play and apple combined. This entire company is a scam and very dangerous!

Reserved a vehicle online ahead of time and had an email confirmation. Arrived at the designated time to pick up the vehicle and they were closed. No email or phone notification was provided except for a paper taped to the door when we arrived with instructions to call other Hertz locations. All other locations were booked and would not honor reservations through this “franchise” location since it wasn’t corporate. DO NOT RESERVE A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION!

don't go here it's noting but a building, somebody need to take this sign down, you go way up to 76 and NO HERTZ there, i booked on line and the Hertz downtown i called the (414) they had the nerves to talk like i knew that the Car Rental place wasn"t there , I got my money back, they wasted my day. Oh I was coming from out of town. go to the one in Brookfield better customer services. 414 get your customer services right.

I am a Gold member at Hertz and I will never go back there.They will charge you extra for anything they can.We took my dog for 4 hours in the car, and put a sheet on the back seat and they found a few hair and charged us an extra.... $140!First time this ever happens to me...

Horrible - Will never rent a car from here again. Upon arrival this location told my dad they don't have any cars available (He reserved a midsize car). They stated they only had a mini van and if he wanted it, he would have to pay an additional fee. While deciding what to do, someone returned a Toyota Corolla so the employee offered it to my dad. This car was returned and given to another customer in less than 20mins, therefore not properly cleaned! There's dirt/dirt stains inside the car, dirt on the outside of the car (not washed), and it smells like something died inside! My dad was at the location for over an hour, waiting on this 1 employee to serve him and two others, so he pulled off as soon as he got the car, due to his plans. But we took pictures and called customer service immediately. They said to call the location and ask for a manager, which i did and it was the same guy. He was no help, claim he cleaned the car (by doing what??) and said to bring the car back in exchange for a refund. With charges being on my dads card already and him having set plans for the weekend, that's not a satisfying solution. The manager had an attitude as well. Will never rent here again let alone from Hertz
