We placed an online order with Home Depot to have some items delivered for Monday, June 16. We paid extra money to have it delivered between 6 and 10 AM at 10:15 AM. We received an email that just said your order would not be able to be completed and delivered. We contacted the store only to be told the driver refused to pick up the order and they did offer to reschedule it. We did it for the following day again same timeframe 6 to 10 AM. The driver was late. He did not show up at our house until almost 11 AM and didn’t have the entire order with him. My husband had to go back to Home Depot to pick up the remaining order. It was not even picked off the shelf. He had to do all that on his own including finding a cart. The items were damaged. He took what he could to salvage what he could with our order, but it was not a great experience at all.
the number Home Depot gives for you to contact them with problems are outsourced to a call center out of the country. They don’t quite understand what’s going on and can’t really help you and they tell you to contact the store Directly contacting the store directly didn’t help matters either because they pretty much couldn’t answer the questions because they said the delivery was like Uber they rely on people to deliver it for them. That being said, I would highly recommend that people reconsider having anything delivered from Home Depot in the future the poor customer service lack of support and their incredibly frustrating website has let us to seek alternative options for our home improvement projects.

Angel and Mari were super helpful. Angel helped us hunt down the microwave we were looking for way up in the rafters. Mari helped load it in the car in a separate cart so my toddler could stay in the racecar cart. Thank you!!

Home Depot is still expensive, but you get beautiful outcomes. I bought a hibiscus plant, it said yellow with some pink, what I got was much more beautiful, I think.

Went here to buy some power tools for a job I have coming up and I find out they don’t accept Apple Pay. I’m going to Lowe’s, they accept Apple Pay. I’ll be buying all my stuff there. See ya Home Depot

Austin was friendly, considerate and kind. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Also Dylan was so sweet and wonderful. I was loading the wood Austin prepared for me into the car and I had to use the restroom. Dylan kept an eye on the wood while I ran back into the store. They create an experience for me I will treasure because nowadays it is hard to find people who are kind, considerate and professional. Thank you Austin! Thank you Dylan! for a memorable and uplifting shopping experience.

We purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot and had it delivered on October 3rd. The installation went fine but when it was being installed they had to remove the door handle. I guess they didn't tighten it enough because when I went to open it just nine months after installation it popped loose. Home Depot was called and we were directed to the manufacturer. All the manufacturer offered was a new handle. We called the insurer who said to call Home Depot but they don't offer anyone for service calls. We called the manufacturer again and they actually told us to call someone local and pay for it ourselves. Just a warning to anyone who might think a $1,500 refrigerator will be worth the money think about whether you can do all the small repairs yourself because if the repair isn't major they will not be helping and it could cost you $170 dollar service call. Again this fridge does have a warranty that should have covered everything but home Depot said "they don't have anyone on staff that can do that repair" Please be aware of their policies before you buy here.

My wife and I recently bought a stove and a refrigerator from Andy in the appliances department. Andy was awesome and very helpful. However, on the day of the delivery, the delivery did not go well. Delivery guys came in and measured the doors. And within two minutes decided they weren’t even gonna attempt to get the Refrigerator inside. They brought the oven in and then refused to unhook the old oven, even though we Had paid for that service. They left with refrigerator, But I remeasure doors after they left and the doors Did have enough clearance to get the fridge in. Immediately called the store and was Passed over to corporate, who then passed me over to shipping. Shipping got a hold of the drivers and told them to bring the fridge back. The driver said they did not have enough time Behind so I was told I have to wait five more days to return my fridge. For the amount of money we spent the delivery service was total garbage. My wife and I are both very disappointed and pissed off That was the service we got with a major purchase.

The store was terribly busy, five out of seven registers were not working or manned, people were arguing with the present cashiers and complaining they had money in their accounts-but HomeDepot debit card readers were not working correctly. No managers were called to stop the melee. No one working there knew where anything was, when asked. Hardly anyone spoke English and understood the concept of helping someone.
We walked out without buying anything, it was like the twilight zone. Will never go back to this store which used to be tops ….. but no more.

I only gave four stars because if I can’t have Joseph the employee at Howe Ave., Home Depot every time for my customer service, I don’t know how I would rate this store. When I first got there, I asked for help from somebody who was leaving the gardening section and she said there would be somebody in there that could help me. Unfortunately the only person there was attending a cash register, but she was willing to call somebody. (So often my experience and I wait forever.)As I walked back to the section I needed help with Joseph saw my bewildered look and offered to help, he was not the person she sent for. He was happy to help me saved me a lot of money and he was an expert in the products I was asking about. I thanked Joseph for his time and help and he assured me as was written right on his apron “I’m here 4 U”. Under “JOSEPH”. He stated he loves his job and it shows! He deserves 10 stars.
