I had a good experience overall because my taxes were completed correctly. However, I didn't love my interaction with the tax pro. I didn't feel a connection with her. I will use the service again, but I would want to work with someone else.

Horrible communication and lack of knowledge on how to use the electronic system. I filed a claim regarding the poor service I received and while the manager called to have someone else proofread and correct my return, he has not returned my phone calls requesting reimbursement for the exorbitant fees they charge for doing a very substandard job.
