Humboldt Park is a large, beautiful park that offers a variety of activities for visitors of all ages. It features two playgrounds—one for smaller children near a kiddie pool, and another for children of all ages near the pavilion. The park has a big playground with newer equipment and several clean, indoor restrooms. Visitors can enjoy the pond, where they can fish or scoop crayfish, and there is a small lake with a walking, biking, or running path around it. The park is pet-friendly, allowing dogs in the park, beer garden, and events, with a dog parade held there. Picnic benches are spread throughout the park, and the space is always kept clean. People can play tennis, basketball, or participate in sports, and rent the pavilion for parties, receptions, or events like weddings. In spring through fall, a band shell hosts live music, and the connected beer garden offers a variety of drinks and seating options. Humboldt Park is a popular spot for relaxing walks, picnics, and enjoying the outdoors with family, friends, and pets.
Nice park with a fishing pond. Bathrooms only open on weekends which is inconvenient during the week while fishing. Tons of geese poop all over so careful where you step.
