Had a check engine light on, auto zone checked it and found it to be a sensor
International Mini said they had to do a full diagnostic taking 1-2 hours for $249 and then could tell me what was needed. Offered to shuttle me home so I didn’t have to wait in the showroom
Didn’t here from them after 3 hours so I called, was told they would locate my technician to update me
No response until 3:30 (started at 8:00) then got text saying the exact sensor which auto zone had said (for free) needed to be replaced, the onboard computer updated, and the oil pan replaced ($2300)
My oil pan had just been replaced 3 months ago ($1000) after valvoline had done an oil change not using a torque wrench and over tightened thus cracking the housing
This technician must have seen in the history all the oil low alerts prior to the repair
I declined all 3 services and said I was going to come in to pick up the car
The next day the oil was low, leaking oil suddenly again. The problem was the filter housing was click loose
I wondered how that happened (not)
I will never go back

I’ve had my MINI for a few months now before writing this review, because I wanted to make sure everything was perfect during my ownership. I’m a cautious buyer, and I can honestly say this was one of the smoothest and most pleasant purchase experiences I’ve ever had.
First, I want to sincerely thank Nate. We never even spoke on the phone or met in person, yet he handled everything for me with incredible efficiency, honesty, and warmth. At a time when I was frustrated dealing with many local dealers, Nate stepped in and made the whole process simple and stress-free. He arranged everything so smoothly, and my MINI was shipped from Wisconsin all the way to New York without a single issue.
Since then, so many people in my town have told me this is one of the most beautiful MINIs they’ve ever seen. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
I would highly recommend Nate to anyone—especially if you’re out of state and not satisfied with your local dealers. Compared to the MINI dealers I tried in New York State (including NYC and Long Island), Nate and his team were much more genuine, responsive, and truly cared about making the experience enjoyable. Buying a car should feel exciting, and thanks to them, it really did.

Treated 2nd class for reasons unknown.
I drove a friend of mine down to this international autos mini from Madison on a Friday mid-afternoon. There was significant traffic and apparently we missed our so-called appointment to hand over the check for the car that we previously already came down and made the deal on. After 45 minutes with no one coming to talk to us other than to say we were late for our appointment there was only one person else in the showroom getting help while the other employees sat in their offices or behind the counter. I had this feeling if we rolled in in a brand new BMW or Mini They would have red carpet laid out for us. However all we have laid out is more heavy traffic building up for our trip back to Madison and I have never had to wait this long to finalize a deal when holding close to $20,000 in my hand. You would think they would want to get this taken care of and off the lot before we leave because I'm about to search all other dealerships in the area right now and I honestly would pay $500 to $1,000 more just to avoid the embarrassment of pacing around the showroom with no one even asking can I help you. This is why carvana and online automobile sales are going so well it's because the only people that care at these dealerships are the concierge or the valets. I am truly appalled and this review will be for many but I will be also writing a different review for all international auto brands to represent and show how ridiculous making someone wait who is already dialed in to purchase a car I've never heard of this happening in my life so they're going to be pretty upset when we walk out with our check and hand after having everything set up which I imagine they will definitely try to turn around and blame us as that's why they're making us wait because we apparently were late for our appointment when they only have one person at a desk in there basically saying we cannot help you until I finish with this customer completely! The manager and another guy in a suit are both sitting behind desks not paying attention whatsoever to what's going on and it is really upsetting because my elderly friend I drove down here is getting up there in age and does not like driving in heavy traffic well now we're going to be in the worst of it when this could have taken literally 10 minutes and we could have been on the road but here we are going on an hour and 10 minutes and we still have not been confronted with how they may help us. They may not even know if we can get the car today because it's coming on closing time now. Just ridiculous I am seriously about to call the show here and cancel the deal on the car and it may be if they drop the price and pick up their speed we will continue to do business here but this is not how I do business or like to conduct business. I can see if you don't walk in also with a suit and tie on that they look at you differently like they don't know that I'm a music engineer and I dress how I go to church or work or out for lunch I dress the same no matter what but I seem to be getting discriminated against by my dress code which is just by itself disgusting here are some pictures so you all can know which place to look out for and if you have any questions please call them and ask them why they don't have more people on staff when they're selling $30,000 vehicles but only have one person to do the paperwork? It's just mind-blowing and probably why again carvana and other online car sales are doing so well because who would want to come back to this?

Nate is the absolute best salesman I've ever met! I have bought many many cars. And he was the absolute most helpful with any questions I had. Nate and I related on a great level. My wife thought we were identical. I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. He went above and beyond with absolutely eveyrhing and was extremely personal and real.

Bought my 2024 Mini last December. The MINI is part of the International Motors consortium. Its a small, but well appointed showroom. I have always found the staff and management to be helpful and work hard to deliver quality service.
This time I was there for a software upgrade. This finished the planned time. Even sent me a short video of the technician going over the repair. Nice touch!

I had service performed on my vehicle. Problem solved, everyone was professional. One question, I was unaware that I did not qualify for a courtesy vehicle. While I was in Austin they would give me a vehicle when I got an oil change.

Can't say enough good things about this dealership. I flew in from Washington DC to buy a car, then drove the 14 hours back and it was absolutely worth it. Nate helped me negotiate the best possible deal for myself and my family.
The entire International MINI team is incredible and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable with the transaction, which is difficult to do with a remote buyer. Nate even sent me a video of the car on the lot so I could look at more than just the stock photos when making a decision.
Inventory at this dealership was better than anything I could find locally and the customer service was next level. The entire transaction was straightforward and I never felt like anyone involved was being anything other than helpful and honest.

Great experience! Recieved multiple updates including a video of diagnosis of my vehicle. All staff was professional and vehicle was fixed in a timely manner.

so far I'm happy with the service here. I have a 2016 Mini Clubman that needed some service before an extended service warranty ran out. They recommended service that I hadn't considered and it was all done for free. However, I just had a break light fixed a little over a week ago and it is not working again.
