They basically sold me a vehicle with a used battery they’re service department is the worst very lazy I only had this car a month and my car won’t start unless I get a jump they haven’t been helping just terrible

WORST CAR PLACE TO FINANCE A CAR THROUGH! THEY GAVE A CAR THEY WASNT EVEN SUPPOSE TO BE ON THEIR LOT! THEY SOLD ME A 2014 VOLKSWAGEN WHICH A COUPLE HAD JUST TRADED IN! THE FIRST WEEK OF HAVING MY CAR MY EPC LIGHT POPPED ON THEY CONSTANTLY TOLD ME NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR TILL NOW JUNE GOING ON JULY NY CAR US SHAKING MISFIRING HAVING TROUBLE! VERY HORRIBLE TROUBLE I TRIED EVERYTHING ND BEING NICE WITH THEM! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR OVER 3/4 months to the point I then came out of 2000$ on just fixing this car in 3 months I WOULD NEVER EVER GET ANOTHER CAR FROM THERE

They have the worst service, from sales, the finance manager to the car service department. They treat you with no respect. The Waukesha location didn't fix an issue that was covered. They overcharge you for any service you need to keep your warranty forever. I would never recommend this company to anyone who needs a vehicle or service.

It would be nice if I could get my tire replaced and my engine light fixed. Mike Evans said he would have Chris contact me over a week and half ago. NOTHING has happened since.Edit: to the Owner. Honestly the waiting isnt even the issue the issue is that I purchased my car brand new and it has a slow leak in my tire since I got it not even a year a go. I have brought my car in several times asking them about this slow leak. Everyone one said they couldn't find anything wrong until Chris looked at it and said there is a leak and i need a new tired. I am just wonder why it took almost a year and several visits to get this taken care of.(Literally you are just emerging it into water to find the bubbles) When I talked to Mike he made it clear that he wouldn't replace my tire and that even if i spoke to the owner he will just ask him and he wont replace it. Second i had my car fuel pump replaced there after a recall on it and now my engine light is on. I have purchased too many cars from Amato to be getting the run around. Chris just called me and told me that Mike never even relied the message that he should be calling me back to take care of these issues. I am so disappointed as i have been a customer for a while here.

This dealership is not special, they aren't out of the ordinary, and I don't mean it to be a complement, this dealership is just here to get your money they only care about you're happiness until the rear tires of the shiny new car you bought has left their lot. I bought a used car from them, the car was not perfect as it was used, but you do still have some expectations, they did not give it an oil change, it had mismatched tires (very cheap tires at that) they had a second key as the one they gave me was labeled by them with the number 2. And for the cherry on top two days into ownership there was a bubble in the sidewall of my tire I contacted the dealership and they said they do not care because they already made the sale and that it was now my problem. Now yes they were right technically it was not but I had owned the car for two days I had not even crossed 100 miles yet and the tire was bad, now wouldn't you say the car was probably sold to me with a bad tire considering they were already mismatched and it had only been two days?? So yeah, don't be mislead, they don't care about you they only care about how much money they can squeeze from your wallet. Oh yeah forgot one thing that oil change that they never did was already past due according to the "warranty forever!" so make sure they change it when you buy the car otherwise it's probably void when you leave the lot.
