On the phone for around a half hour, to pay bout 200 bucks for a jump start across the street from the shop. Two hours later, nobody. An airport security guy helped me out for free and Karter still charged me 39 bucks to cancel! Does this business even have a truck or are they just charging people cancelation fees?
