About 8 months ago I bout 30 ink rollers from kenco for my monarch ink gun. I got through one roller and was about to use another one but learned it was dried out. I wasn’t sure where I have initially made the purchase. I wasn’t able to find yet my invoice. I called up Kenco and explained the situation. Immediately Gabriel on the other line offered to send me replacement s for the dried out rollers! What great customer service!!!! For sure I will continue to do business with Kenco because I truly had a great experience with the service they provided.

In response to (Elisha) the Owners Response to my authentic review. My 1st conversation with Elisha was in the end of Aug and the beginning of September which Elisha stated that "It would be financially more feasible for us to print our own labels" however never told us we would have to purchase a new printer! Elisha went on vacation and when he returned we picked up where we left off. I am new to labels and explained that from the beginning, I was then told that I needed to send artwork which again I wasn't told what format that was needed. Regardless of revisions & timelines "EVERYTHING CHANGES ONCE I POST A FIVESTAR REVIEW"! TODAY I RECEIVED A VERY NASTY PHONE CALL FROM ELISHA TELLING ME HE REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR MISTAKES BECAUSE OF MY GOOGLE REVIEW THEY WERE CANCELING OUR ORDER AND REFUNDED OUR ACCOUNT! ALTHOUGH ELISHA CLAIMS TO HAVE INFORMED ME ABOUT ALL THE COST AND REVISIONS WHICH WOULD CHANGE EVERYTHING I WANTED IN A LABLE, THAT IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE WHICH I HAVE EMAIL Documentation to prove that their machine was malfunctioning and that's why my labels were not accurately printed properly yet according to the response on Google, I am a liar and was told my label were going to be different! I was never informed about the difference IN EVERYASPECT OF MY LABEL, ONLY A SLIGHT DIFFERENCE IN THE TYPE OF PRINTER USED and was told they were going to look slightly different yet our labels were nothing like the proofs sent! We paid $420.18 for 400 labels and shipping to be expedited due to our launch date being pushed back another two weeks considering we were expecting labels the first week of October!! I am not a difficult person to work with however I most certainly expect someone to be a man of their word considering that Elisha makes you think that's what type of person he is. There is definitely a side to him most don't see, I did today and for a business owner to respectfully be in business 19yrs, your Google reviews tell us much about you! Bashing customers is never in your best interest but more importantly, be a man of your word.

This is a long one but well worth reading if you want a legitimate company to handle your label needs! I just started a candle business, I have zero labels in order to launch my product and reached out to Kenco. I was impressed by Elisha and his story about “WE ARE A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS THAT MY DAD STARTED WITH MY UNCLE ON A SHOESTRING BUDGET oF JUST $200”. Elisha informed me that I could purchase my label sheets and that we could print our labels ourselves from the beginning, since it’s more affordable for us as a company and they can actually teach us how to print them from home. I sent in the artwork as a PDF/ RGB FILE WHICH I ADMIT TO CHANGING A FEW TIMES THEN WENT BACK TO MY ORIGINAL ARTWORK. After several conversations with Elisha, I RECEIVED A SAMPLE OF OUR LABELS & WE SPOKE A FEW MORE TIMES including (some personal stories he shared) I felt he was someone trustworthy enough to do business with. I wrote a five star review for Kenco before I received my labels. After writing the review, EVERYTHING CHANGED, “ MY ARTWORK & MY PRINTER WAS NOT CAPABLE OF PRINTING ”. I WAS ASSIGNED A GRAPHIC DESIGNER TO DESIGN OUR LABELS IN ORDER TO HAVE KENCO PRINT OUR LABELS. I WAS TOLD MY LABELS WOULD BE ON THE PRINTER THAT WEEK (09/10/23 AND SHIPPED OUT. I WAS SENT PROOFS BY EMAIL AND THEY LOOKED AMAZING HOWEVER ONCE I RECEIVED THEM, THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE THE PROOFS MUCH LESS OUR MATTE LABEL, OUR COLORS WERE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT (LILAC& WHITE) IRIDESCENT, NOT MATTE OR OUR LABELS WHICH ARE LIGHT PINK & OFF WHITE NOT LILAC. THESE LABELS ARE SO CROOKED THAT WE CANNOT USE THEM BECAUSE THEY ARENT LINING UP IN THE BACK AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER A MONTH AND A HALF FOR THESE TO COME IN. I HONESTLY FEEL SO HEARTBROKEN RIGHT NOW AS I TRULY TRUSTED THIS COMPANY AND THOUGHT THEY HAD THE SAME INTEGRITY I DO!

Spent a week emailing bavk.and forth. Was told they could beat the prices I had at other places. Sent them the links and wad sent an invoice still way over the price I wad able to find else where. Seriously. A huge waste of my time.

Kenco Knows Labels. The customer service and attention to detail is second to none. If you have any issues, they will work diligently to correct them. Highly recommend if you are purchasing labels .
