Had a wonderful sales associate at Kohls on Loomis Road Milwaukee. She helped access my digital coupon and assured me of the process. She was excellent!
Unfortunately the men’s department (casual items like Sonoma and apartment 9) was really tight. I don’t know how a person with a mobility or sight challenge could maneuver the department. Of I used a wheel chair, it would be impossible. How is this ADA compliant? There are too many racks and shelves on the selling floor.
Sadly the gold toe socks hang nicely on the wall but were not organized. So finding my second package was challenging. The 40% coupon was a bonus.
So this is a mixed review and could easily be improved upon.

Loved my shopping experience in the Kohl's store! Visiting from Texas, and was surprised at how clean, near, and friendly, the store and stuff were!!!
