I really miss Teri and Dave and their professional services, which are hard to find in my new location. They're a nice couple with a small business, loyal to their customers, and provide top-notch services. They are a gem in that area. It's usually hard to find someone like them these days.”

“This laundromat is very convenient and close by, with plenty of machines that seem to work well. The change machine is also in good working order. I brought a load of work attire (I’m in construction), and everything washed fine.
However, the place is a bit dirty, with visible dirt around, and there was a homeless person passed out smoking a cigarette inside, which was concerning. Apart from that, it’s a decent laundromat with good machines”
“PHENOMENAL People and the Quality is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! I had a pair of pants and a shirt that had Milk Duds ground in by a child. The shirt was a keepsake from my Nephew who had recently graduated from West Point! I was crushed thinking it was ruined! These AMAZING People managed to get them COMPLETELY CLEAN AND CANDY FREE!!! Just cannot say enough about just how WONDERFUL the quality and staff there are!!!”
“Despite getting its XS size, the down parka I bought was still too long, including the sleeve length. The usual tailor I go to understandably declined the job request to shorten the parka and sleeves' lengths (can be an absolute mess to work with), but they recommended trying to ask the seamstress at The London. I am so grateful and impressed that she accepted. I am very happy that I can now wear my down parka with a more fashionable tailored appearance (didn't want to return it because I liked the style and the sale price). I am no expert on alterations, but the stitchwork seems solid to my untrained eyes (final verdict TBD after the parka goes through a few winter seasons of use and a few wash cycles). Paid just under $200. Project completed in about 3.5-wk. Just incredibly thankful to The London team for taking on my request and taking good care of my parka.
All staff members that I spoke with were friendly. Even got a phone call to update me on the project's progress. Easy to find location along N. Milwaukee St. There's a parking garage literally across from the store and some street spots as parking options. Hours are very reasonable. Accepts tap to pay.”
“The staff here keep it really clean and are super helpful. Machines always seem to be in good working order and dryers run nice and hot- never need as many quarters as I think I will need. Also a decent amount of the super huge machines that can do really large items (great for sleeping bags and weighted blankets)”

“I've been coming to this laundromat for a long long time and I believe that it is in the best overall condition than its competitors in the city. I went and laundered my clothes a few days ago and I had a very pleasant experience here. The outside of the building was immaculate and free from clutter and garbage. Inside of the laundromat was absolutely spotless and smelled fresh. The machines were shiny and clean due to the kind and helpful elderly man. I completely recommend Suds Your Duds to everyone that loves a functional, sanitary and pleasant place to do your wash.”

“This is the cleanest washers and dryers I have found on the east side. The washateria is always staffed and they are courteous, pleasant and respectful. I love the large washers and dryers they clean the clothes very well. And the huge dryers are perfect for your loads to dry throughout all of the clothes and they are clean also.”
“There are a lot of old reviews that complain about this place being dirty. I went around 9 AM and it was spotless. They have small, medium and large washers ranging from $4.50 to $7. They have small medium and large dryers that cost about $.25 for every six minutes. They’re change machine takes ones fives tens and 20s. No credit cards so bring cash!”

“Dryer failed so for 2 weeks we're going to have to use the laundromat. The place is clean with seating, snack and beverage machines. Plenty of washer and dryer machines.”
“Usually go from midnight to 2 or 3 whenever I get done. Sometimes there's a little mess, but someone's there. Cleaning it up, the machine seem to get fixed pretty quickly. I like that time cause no one's there. You can get it done, get in never had a problem. They have a private security company that comes to their every so often. Walked in and out, check out things. Make sure everybody's safe. Of all the twenty four hour laundromats i've been to it's the best”
“I took a 300$ pair of jeans to this dry cleaners that I thought were ruined and they worked wonders. They got the stain almost completely out which can now barley be noticed. God bless this place. Service was great and quick with good pricing as well. Highly recommend!!Service: Deep clean”

“Though it's a hole in the wall laundromat, I like it. Though many washers do not work, I still find a few to use. It's only a select few dryers that dry very well for 2 quarters. The other dryers are a waste of time and money. Customer service has always been nice to me. The costs to wash my clothes never exceed $5, thus, saving me a lot of water and electricity if I were to wash at home. Doing laundry here on a good day when there are not alot of people take less than an hour. I cannot say that the place is cleanly all of the time but there is a new attendant who I've seen keeping it decent.”
