Layton Terrace is full of friendly and gives a warm feeling as soon as you come in. Tracy and Chris are so personal and knowledgeable, they are great resource for anyone looking into senior living.

This community promises many things but delivers few of them. Their biggest fault is communication. They are absolutely the worst at replying to emails or phone calls. I don't believe my mother receives the care she is paying for.

Layton Terrace takes very good care of an elderly church member. It is a clean, safe space for him. Staff are attentive and the residents are kind to ine another.
Layton Terrace in Greenfield is filled with Independent and Assisted living opportunities no matter what your age. You’ll find your neighbors want to stay current and stay involved. People enjoy arts and crafts, cooking demonstrations, a men’s club, daily fitness and Tai-Chi. There are trips to the newly renovated Southridge Mall, outings to favorite restaurants and specialty stores. For your convenience, we provide transportation to many events. There is always something to do, and someone to do it with.
