Came to town help someone move. Part of moving was unloading a U-Haul. After the U-Haul parked inside, I parked off of the road waiting for the garage door to open to let me in. Was parked there maybe two minutes before the lady who runs this nightmare came outside, waving her arms and literally screaming at me, pointing to the road and telling me to move. Talking to this lady would be great training for deescalating a terrorist. There was no reason for this extreme reaction as there was no disruption to traffic or anyone’s life. Apparently, other people’s existence is enough to set this lady off. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Saw her be rude to multiple customers while we were unloading the U-Haul. Such a sad example of humanity and a terrible first impression. It’s a miracle this business still exists with this kind of service (maybe it exists only because you can reserve your unit online). Can’t recommend going somewhere else enough; you will save yourself a lot of trouble.

To the woman with the red hair, was extremely disrespectful and had poor customer service. They had an attitude and were extremely racist, I will be notifying corporate.
Kicked out of the building for running my AC, because it’s hot as heck in there. If you’re a POC, avoid at all costs

The lady at the front deck never talks to anyone in a normal tone - her only tone is yelling. She was livid because I parked too close to her car (1 yard away). Before I fully parked there, she used her car alarm to flag me down from her office (where she must not have a very good angle of the parking job) to yell at my mother and I. She even tried manipulating us into thinking that it would be easier for us to back our U-Haul out into the busy road and repark it in a different spot. When she was talking, she was visibly shaking from anger. She gets ticked about everything. Not sure if she’s the manager or what her name is, but she should not be in customer service, I’ll tell you that much.

I just rented an upper unit and the elevator access is not functioning because someone pulled the fire alarm. The rude representative on site today told us we would have to walk our furniture up 7 flights of stairs to put our stuff away because the elevator will be down until Monday. Warning - dont rent the upper units because the elevators can down anytime and be down for days. So if you are moving and want something tou can count on rent a lower unit or go with another company because this messed up my move and I have nowhere to store my furniture until Monday. Extremely pissed and wouldn't recommend this storage facility to anyone after being spoken to like I'm not a paying customer. All because the company didn't want to pay the fire department fee of $15,000 according to the female representative on site so all renters have to wait until Monday when this company makes millions renting storage units every month.

Clean, ran well by Red she has red hair. Lol. Open until 10pm. She takes the time to give you an intake on your storage unit. Prices come with custom lock that only you have.
