I had a weird and uncomfortable experience when I visited this lululemon. The worker Jennie was gossiping about someone to another customer and it was clearly making her and everyone else in the store that overheard uncomfortable. When I go shopping, I don’t want to hear the employees talking bad about other people, I want them to be helpful and focused on their customers and job. Not a good look.

Not reviewing this specific location but rather my experience with customer service. I bought an expensive jacket and was aiming to use credit that expired end of September. They didn’t give an option for signature delivery and the package was delivered outside of my building in downtown Milwaukee. As one might expect, it was stolen. I had a terrible customer service experience, trying to get specifics on how this might be resolved. Not only did I not have the package in time for a trip, but I also lost the $75 credit. The customer service rep was very dismissive and vague. What a waste of my money.

Staff were accommodating and helpful in finding what I needed. And patient when I had to figure out the payment since they do not accept PayPal payment.

I purchased a Lululemon gift card for my husband for Father's Day from Walgreens. We went to the store in the Third Ward on 6/21 to get a pair of pants for my husband. They did not have his size so the associate said she would order them online. She took the gift card up to the front to place the order online and came back a short time later and said she could not see the card number. She had scratched it off. The first part was scratched off normally and then the remainder was roughly scratched. They said they could not redeem it, gave me an 877 number to call for corporate and see if they will issue a new card. So I did that, and I sent pictures, etc. and I got a response saying that the card was activated on 6/11 (this is when I bought it) and it was redeemed on 6/26. We did not redeem the card so someone at this store took the number and scratched the rest off so it was not eligible. From the reviews, it doesn't look like the first time this has happened with a gift card at this store. Corporate also told me there is nothing they can do and their privacy policy doesn't allow them to tell me where it was redeemed. This is extremely disappointing, and Lululemon has lost me as a customer.

Sells gift cards that compromised and get used online after paid for It. Support can only open a ticket and have to wait 3-5 days for some answer. So much for my wife’s birthday. Only way to do that is for someone to photo or write down all the gift card codes in the store and then wait for them to loaded. Either an employee is scamming customers or they are looking the other way when someone else is taking photos of the card numbers. Got the gift card for my wife on 9/22 and by 9/27 someone used online. Support can’t even tell me where it was used. That’s confidential apparently.

Love Lululemon! I stopped in today to purchase a new crossbody bag for myself and the people on the floor and the cashier were all really friendly and nice.

I was in search of the Strawberry Milkshake Define Jacket and decided to call this location. Super friendly lady (I think her name is Ashley) helped me and held one size for me. Upon walking in I was greeted and everyone was so nice and helpful as a first time buyer. Wish the location would have more sizes but it is a quaint location so I understand. The lady who rung up my purchase (I did not ask for her name) was super helpful! Great experience and will come again to buy more products in the future!

I shop at lululemon very frequently and I love this location! Super nice staff, and there is usually some cool finds on the clearance rack
