My car was painted at another shop and they didn’t match the color among many other issues with the paint job. I took my car here to get it painted right and the color back to how it was and I can’t rave enough on how pleased I am with the job they did. John and Nick gave me exceptional customer service. They took care of me and brought my car back to its original color and fixed everything I had issues with from the previous paint job. John and Nick were genuine and are educated in their profession. I can’t thank you enough John and Nick for making the experience through your Maaco everything and more. Thank you doing an exceptional job on my car and handling it with care.

They did a truly amazing job! My initial quote was a little more than I could afford so I was gonna just leave the dent but they worked with my budget and were able to completely pull the dent out instead of replacing the door. They were super nice and got everything done in less than a week! They also got the paint color perfect it looks like nothing even happened!

My family member was negatively impacted by this company's poor service and took a whole span of FOUR MONTHS to resolve the matter, no thanks to the owner(s) of this "business". The gaslighting of consumers, refusal to take accountability for damages done by them, and lack of any remorse was beyond insulting. This place seems to pride themselves of delivering POOR job quality, ABSENT customer service, and being a DISHONEST establishment based on the nightmarish experience my family member had to endure for a whole third of a year! Several other past customers reported their horrifying experiences with minimal to no remedy and unfortunately, a hard loss on the customer's end. The owner(s) of this "business" should be embarrassed with the way they run things here.

If you value your time, money, and vehicle, I urge you to look elsewhere. If you do decide to go here anyway, proceed with caution and make sure you document EVERYTHING. It may save you in the end.
I took my truck here in March 2024 to get the hood repainted and while the truck was under their care, they had caused damage to the grille of the truck. I addressed it with the owner John and the manager Nick; and instead of owning up to their mistake, they proceeded to give as many bogus excuses as they could come up with to deflect liability. I had to stand there and debate with them for over half an hour before they finally decided to do something about it.
John finally proposed a deal in which he claimed he was "bending over backwards" for me. He offered to pay half of the cost of a new grille and install it for free, as long as I paid for the other half of the cost. I asked for written form of this agreement but he rejected and instead gave me his business card with the amount he claimed was half of the cost of the grille ($175) written down on it (meaning the total cost was $350). When I asked for documentation that showed the cost of the grille, they refused to provide me with anything.
I reached out to corporate with my concerns and suspicions, but they simply forwarded my request back to the business. Being aware that I reached out to corporate now, Nick called their vendor and had them alter a quote so it could be provided to me. When I returned to the shop, Nick failed to cover up the actual price of the grille in the copy that he gave me. I saw the true cost of the grille ($151.90) and it was not even as much as what John had written on the business card. I asked Nick about it but he had no logical explanation, nervously beating around the bush with his responses.
I went back to the shop to discuss the situation one last time. At this point, Nick refused to answer any questions. When I asked Nick to get me in contact with John, he also refused. I found it ridiculous, considering I left work early to arrive within their operating hours. Asking Nick to call John or having John return to the shop to discuss this with me was not unreasonable, in my opinion. I ended up wasting a significant amount of time dealing with them directly.
I decided to go through DATCP to get a resolution out of this. While DATCP was in contact with the shop, John submitted a statement to them falsely claiming that I signed off on my satisfaction. Despite me providing clear evidence that John was lying, DATCP couldn't assist any further due to not possessing legal power, as I understood it.
Ultimately, I reached out my credit card company to dispute the charge and ended up paying for a new grille out-of-pocket. John had tried submitting phony documents again to the credit card company but the dispute was ruled in my favor since I had clear evidence John and Nick were being deceitful.
Now this entire ordeal spanned over the course of 4 months. Had I not gathered enough evidence to win the dispute, this probably would've continued on until I had decided to take them to court; or worse, I walk away and they successfully con me. I hate to imagine John and Nick scamming other unsuspecting customers who aren't willing to go to the extent that I did to rightfully get their money back.
Let me be a lesson to others who are considering spending their money here. Be very careful. I never thought it would happen to me, but this goes to show it can happen to anyone.
The worst part about my experience with them was that John and Nick didn't appear the slightest bit remorseful, which makes me believe they are comfortable with their unprofessional behavior & service. Past customer reviews also support this belief. It's shameful that they would do this to their own customers, let alone anyone.

The folks at Maaco were so kind to us. Our vehicle was still drivable while parts were on order. Once the parts were in . . . the repair was a quick fix. We were on our way in just minutes.Thank you John and Austin.

They did a great job on my '71 GS Convertible. John the owner was up front and enthusiastic. He clearly explained the project and followed through with great results. Body/Paint man Shereef was friendly and did excellent work. Very satisfied.

I had a great experience at Maaco. I had damage to my vehicle and my insurance had referred a different company. Customer service at this other location was rude and very dismissive. I decided to take my vehicle to Maaco. As soon as I arrived, the service was fantastic. I worked with Nick and he was very helpful and walked me through the steps with my insurance and the process at Maaco. The work they did was excellent and I couldn’t be more happy

Id give 10 stars if I could! My father died this Christmas Eve. It was an extremely fast and devastating rare cancer diagnosis. He was fine and healthy no problems until November when he was diagnosed, my 16 year old son found him on Christmas morning having passed away in his sleep. My son's own father was never around, and so my son and my father had an EXTREMELY close and unique bond. My dad bought my son his truck in August, for his first vehicle. It was a 2004 Ram and indeed showed its age with the rust and scratches and dents and all the usual 20 yr old truck body work problems. We took his truck in to see about getting just the wheel well and rocker panel rust fixed. My mom and son spoke with John and had most communication with him about the work, so I don't know any of the other guys names, but once the whole story was explained and how extremely sentimental that truck has become for my son they all did such an amazing job and I truly felt like they gave it extra care and attention to details. New bed, all rust gone, every scratch, ding, dent and paint chip fixed, under it and everywhere that the rust was really badly eating through was fixed and completely new paint job and the whole thing is solid and sealed and looks beautiful! If I could give 10 stars I would. The communication was amazing from estimate all the way through to picking it up. The extra care and attention to little details is very noticed and I know how much extra work they put into getting that truck as close to perfect as they could. This truck is extremely emotional and sentimental for my son and myself, and now it will easily remain in good solid condition for another 10 or 15 years. We will definitely be returning customers for any and all future autobody work needed for our vehicles, and will be surly letting all the people I know how much of an amazing job they did on that truck for us! Thank you again John and all the other guys who worked so hard to help Jordan have such a beautiful truck, which is such a significant emotional and sentimental memento of his grandpa that will now, thanks to all your hard work last in such good condition for many years to come.
