Absolutely so disappointed in the bookstore at Marquette. I was trying to support the smaller bookstore over Amazon. I ordered my used book ONLINE well in advance to the new semester starting and it was substituted for a new book because they didn't have enough. Alright fine, I understand. Well the new book was 22 dollars more than a new one from Amazon and they just charged me and shipped without asking. I called to see if they would price match. Nope. Okay. Could I please know the process for shipping the book back? Apparently they don't do that, and I have to return in person even though this was an ONLINE order. I am an online student and live 2 hours from campus. I have tried emailing multiple times to see if they would provide a shipping label for me to return or if I could return late when I would be in Milwaukee and they haven't even responded. The hours are horrible so it's hard to call when they are open and then nobody is helpful. My options are to ship it back at my own cost or drive it down to Milwaukee. I guess I will continue giving my money to Amazon or Chegg.

I have never experience having to wait for my books after ordering them almost a month prior to my class starting. I’m going to be late on my first paper because I do not have my books! Marquette promotes themselves as being a high end university, and you certainly pay high and prices to go to the school, they need to up their game on their quality of service! I am very disappointed and will never go through this Bookstore again if I can help it

emailed me the day before the books were due, and i missed the due date by one day. charged me $600 to buy the books. no leeway or anything and minimal reminders to turn them in. irreversible charge to my account now i’m out $641 because i missed the due date by one day. also manager had a rude attitude

Awful hours. Shocking the book store was the cheapest place to buy books this year (that isn't the norm), however, to try and pick up these books it is like jumping through hoops. They are only open till 4 PM meanwhile many Marquette classes go until 4 or 4:45 or even later. It is just very inconvenient for a bookstore that is a part of the university.

Still waiting on order for over 1 1/2 months. All we get is the same email over and over,saying they will help us change delivery address if needed, they never answer their phone or answering any messages.Also why would we change an address when they haven’t even filled or shipped the order!!! Worst decision ever. Will order from B&N next time or ANYBODY else we can find!
