I met Sam first at the Highway 100 store. Sam was very helpful in helping me make a decision about a mattress. Have some back issues and it was an important decision for me. He explained construction and differences-well and let me take time to try the different ones. He actually suggested one that was at the Miller Parkway store that he thought would fit my needs. I went there a few days later and that was the one I ended up buying. I appreciated his patience and explanations. He was not just a salesman, but a helpful person. I’m sure he is a great asset to your company!

I bought a mattress today because of your employee, Deondre. He was everything a salesperson needs to be. Knowledgeable, respectful, charming, patient and with a sense of humor. I wish I bought a more expensive mattress so Deondre could get a bigger commission because he earned it. Thank you , Deondre.

Walked in just looking for some pillows, hoping to walk out with them same day. (They were having a buy one, get one free sale). They didn’t necessarily have them in the store, but Sam was very helpful and offered many alternative choices. I could have them delivered for free, or he called another store to see if they had them in stock, (they only had one in stock) and the last option was I could pick them up from the warehouse same day, which I ended up going with. Sam went out of his way to come up with a solution that worked for what I needed, and was very honest and helpful in product selection. Thanks so much!

I was in and out with the right mattress for my husband and I in less than 30 min. Sam was amazing, direct and knowledgeable.... I will never buy another mattress from anywhere else, or for that matter, any other sales rep. He deserves a raise. He handled multiple customers without dropping the ball. I worked retail mgt for many years and was nothing short of impressed with Sam's efficiency. Great staff, clean store and good prices! 10/10 would recommend

Dan was extremely informative. We went in with zero research prior to our visit and unsure of what we wanted and he was able to provide the information needed. We also brought our two children and he was extremely patient.

Sam was awesome. He walked us through everything we needed to know and took the time to go through the different styles of mattresses and asked us what we liked. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever. Great experience!.

Jake was fantastic! We were about to leave and he stopped us and asked us a few questions and showed me several different beds. I found one I loved and he gave us all the information and he answered every question we had. We had a lot of fun with him while he was writing things up. We had already gone to a couple different places but Jake made us feel welcome and he is a fantastic sales person.
