I ordered online an otr microwave. Received a text that they did not have it in stock and will get a refund. I never got a confirmation on my refund so I went to the store. Talked to 2 employees and they couldn't seem to help me out so one of the staff grabbed Cody. Cody took me to the microwave section look into the microwave and helped me select another microwave in stock. Took me to the front and and checked me out. And I just paid for the difference. That was an excellent customer service by Cody.

Food items moldy and rotten mixed with good. Have brought this up to management, but I must be picky, cus it just ends up back there. I'm a lifetime shopper, there 3-4 times a week. So dont hate the store, just needs better management and understanding of legal ramifications if someone gets sick. I dont wanna see that happen and hoping you feel the same

Are your delivery guys contracted or employees? They mentioned being over-work for little pay. I’m pretty sure they are working under the table. Not a good look!!

Very poor customer service every time I shopped there. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. Treat certain people like they are criminals. I will not shop at this Menards ever again due to horrible service and staff. The other Menard locations provide excellent customer service and assistance.

Not usually a big fan of Menards, but today a very capable young lady showed what could be done to help a pair of boomers find the right ceiling fan. We bought it too. Thank you Venessa.

Went to this Walmart and asked for item. The first guy just Pointed to the direction, but never gave me a Direct aisle to go in, Second girl at the register, apologize she didn’t know where the item was so she went over to ask the manager Paige, She Then did the same thing pointed in the direction never giving me a number or an aisle to walk down I told her I don’t know which aisle to walk down or which direction to go. She never tried to show me. I really needed that item after walking around the store for 30 minutes looking for it I ended up leaving.

Placed an order online to have shipped. Ended up shipping from this store, but I received the completely incorrect items. Now I’m stuck fighting the local Menards to issue a refund on the incorrect items. Less the fact that I loose all shipping and handling fees due to the lack of professionalism from this store.
