the customer service person at the metro location on 58th slverspring , Ann is what she told me her name was. She has very poor customer service skills, she over talked me ave me false information about purchasing a new phone thru them. she over charged me for service ($150) more than the actual cost. she boldly told me to go somewhere else to buy. So i did and got the iphone i wanted for $150 since theres a holiday deal i saved alot she wanted to charge me for activation and sim card which the website clearly says you dont have to pay those fees. also the taxes on the retail price of the phone. it also says i get a $50 after 3months of paid service which she denied me of too. overall poor customer service and business practices. i would recommend that location to anyone, on top of me being propositioned to by drugs on the way into the store. Horrible experience. Fire Ann She's helping that location steal from customers. the 50 credit is suppose to make the phone free.

One star is too much for the horrible customer service i received here, I ordered two apple watches in store which were supposed to arrive March 31st. Long story short I checked my t-mobile app and it said my watches were out for delivery and the app said "The apartment number is either missing or incorrect. This may delay delivery. We're attempting to update the address". So I called and asked them about it when I ordered the watches to the store and all they could say was you have to call customer service while saying I was "belittling" them. Of course I'm angry how the hell do you get the address for the store you work at wrong and not fix or admit that you guys messed up? I've bought many phones here and they will never see me in this store ever again. Worst customer experience ever! Do not go here and waste your time with incompetent employees.

I visited the store the 07/14/19, I wanted to transfer service, and explained my situation. Store associate, Levi, was very, very, very helpful. He instructed me on what I needed to do. I came back the next day with all the information he requested, he was able to transfer service for me, and essentially cut my bill in half as he promised!!! His manager, Stephen I believe is his name, was also very helpful to ensure that all of my requests were fulfilled!! He even drove to another store to get the phones I wanted that they did not have in stock!! They displayed customer service at it's finest!!! I would highly recommend this store for all who are not only looking to transfer from Sprint, but to establish new service!!! YOU GUYS ROCK, and a special THANK YOU to Levi for all your hard-work!!! I
